Abstract: A wireless router that can be switched to operate at different wireless modes by repeated presses on a button includes a rotatable disk and a first printed circuit board. A first magnetic component and a first conductive sheet array are fixed on the rotatable disk. The first conductive sheet array includes first conductive sheets. A first and a second magnetic component arrays are fixed on the first printed circuit board. The first magnetic component array includes second magnetic components. The second conductive sheet array includes second conductive sheets. The wireless router is configured to be switched between wireless modes by rotating the rotatable disk to one of the wireless modes, the first magnetic component absorbs the second magnetic component corresponding to the first magnetic component, an electrical contact is made between one of the first conductive sheets and the second conductive sheet that is corresponding to the first conductive sheet.

Abstract: There is disclosed an image resolution adjustment method comprising the steps of: performing a predetermined selection rule to select one of scaling modes based on a source resolution Vi and a display resolution Vo to generate a scaling value set for outputting a scaled image; and determining whether a smoothing process to determine whether or not the scaled image is smoothed based on application requirements, wherein the scaling modes comprises a first scaling mode, a second scaling mode and a third scaling mode to generate each of the corresponding scaling value set, respectively. The scaling value set is provided to generate replicated pixels or lines for each pixel or line of the source image during a horizontal or vertical scaling period, and the replicated pixels or lines are arranged in horizontal or vertical symmetry in relation to its central region of the source image.

Abstract: A display system is used for controlling an on-screen display within a display device. The on-screen display is a text information including a literal string formed by combining several numbers of letters. The display system includes a memory device for storing pieces of letter information, a controller to download a coding chart upon initialization of the display device. The coding chart includes string-forming codes and letter-forming codes. The coding chart further includes groups of string-forming codes for encoding different literal strings. The string-forming codes and the letter-forming codes correspond to the letter information in the memory. Upon receipt of an external command corresponding to a specific string-forming code, the controller fetches a letter-forming code from the coding chart based on the specific string-forming code and letter information from the memory device based on the respective letter-forming code, thereby encoding and displaying the literal string over the display screen.

Abstract: Disclosed is a white balance method and system thereof. The system contains a process range unit, a difference gain unit, a white balance core unit, and a constraint unit. The method thereof is that selecting at least one gray pixel by the process range unit and the difference gain unit. Then, the first mean value and the second mean value are obtained according to the gray pixel by the core of the white balance unit. Subsequently, the correctional color value is calculated based on the second mean value. Finally, the constraint unit may perform a constraint operation on the correctional color value if needed.
