Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a first dielectric layer, a stack of semiconductor layers disposed over the first dielectric layer, a gate structure wrapping around each of the semiconductor layers and extending lengthwise along a direction, and a dielectric fin structure and an isolation structure disposed on opposite sides of the stack of semiconductor layers and embedded in the gate structure. The dielectric fin structure has a first width along the direction smaller than a second width of the isolation structure along the direction. The isolation structure includes a second dielectric layer extending through the gate structure and the first dielectric layer, and a third dielectric layer extending through the first dielectric layer and disposed on a bottom surface of the gate structure and a sidewall of the first dielectric layer.

Abstract: An electronic device and a fingerprint image correction method are provided. The electronic device includes an optical fingerprint sensor and a processor. The optical fingerprint sensor is used to obtain a fingerprint image. The processor is coupled to the optical fingerprint sensor. The processor judges multiple analog-to-digital converter values of multiple pixels of the fingerprint image according to a numerical mask to generate a comparison image. The processor compares the comparison image with a sample image to obtain a pressure level classification corresponding to the fingerprint image.

Abstract: A double head stylus having light pointer includes a tube having a conductive rubber stylus on both ends thereof. A least a conductive portion electrically connected to both the conductive rubber styluses is formed to the tube. Through holding the conductive portion of the tube by hand, both the rubber styluses of the tube are capable of performing capacitive sensing on a capacitive touch panel. One of the conductive rubber styluses has an axial through hole. A light pointer having at least one light source is arranged inside the tube so that the light of the light source will project from the through hole of the conductive rubber stylus as a pointer. A battery and circuit connected between the battery and the light source are arranged inside the tube. A switch serving to control the conductivity between the light source and the battery is arranged to the tube so as to control the operation of the light pointer.
