Abstract: A cartridge fuse mounting structure including a fuse holder, a cartridge fuse mounted inside the fuse holder, two cylindrical fuse connectors respectively connected to two opposite ends of the cartridge fuse, two electric wires respectively connected to the cylindrical fuse connectors by a respective wire binding clamp, and two end caps respectively mounted around the electric wires and respectively fastened to two opposite ends of the fuse holder, wherein each cylindrical fuse connector has an inside annular groove, which receives one end of the cartridge fuse, a split coupling tube at one end clamped on one end of the cartridge fuse, and a radial screw hole at an opposite end mounted with a tightening up screw, which holds down the respective wire binding clamp and the respective electric wire.

Abstract: A distribution cable mounting device is provided. The cable mounting device includes a junction block which may be mounted on a cable distribution box. The junction block has a tapered junction hole with an internal thread. Also included is a hollow, tapered plug with longitudinal slits extending from both ends formed therein. Serrations are formed at one end of the through bore of the plug to secure the conductor when the plug is engaged within the tapered junction hole. A hollow screw member having an external thread formed at the front end thereof is threaded into the junction hole and stopped against the tapered plug, so as to tightly secure the insulator and conductor of the cable.

Abstract: An improved electric wire connector includes a hollow tubular fitting element and a hollow tubular plug element inserted into a front end of the fitting element. The plug element has an annular curved rim which may press against a front edge of the fitting element when the plug element is inserted into the fitting element. The fitting element is further provided with external threads at a middle section thereof for enabling the fitting element to be screwably inserted into a screw hole of a conductive element. An electric wire has the plastic skin at a front end portion thereof stripped to expose the wire strands. The electric wire is inserted via a rear end of the fitting element with the stripped skin pressing against a rear end of the plug element so that the wire strands pass through the fitting element and the plug element to expose on the outside.

Abstract: An electric junction box including a plurality of conductor holders and fuse holders respectively mounted on a base frame thereof, wherein the conductor holders each has opposite sloping sides sloping downwards outwards; the fuse holders have a respective extension strip respectively welded to the conductor holders; the base frame has a plurality of elongated receiving chambers, which receive the conductor holders respectively, and pairs of opposite tilted end supports vertically disposed at two opposite ends of each receiving chamber and fitting over the two opposite sloping sides of the conductor holders to hold the conductor holders in place.

Abstract: An electric cable mounting device includes a a connector for fastening to one terminal of en electric apparatus by a screw, a taper jacket fitted into a taper hole on the connector and mounted around the conductor of the electric cable to be mounted, a first hollow screw member having an outer thread portion threaded into an inner thread portion on the connector and stopped against the taper jacket, a clamping ring clamped on the electric cable, and a second hollow screw member mounted around the electric cable and having an outer thread portion threaded into an inner thread portion on the first hollow screw member to tighten up the clamping ring.

Abstract: A distribution cable mounting device includes a junction block mounted inside an electrical box and having a tapered junction hole with an inner thread, a hollow, tapered plug fitted into the tapered junction hole to secure the conductor of a cable, a hollow screw member having a hollow screw rod at one end threaded into the inner thread on the junction hole and stopped against the tapered plug and a hollow, split, tapered cone at an opposite end tightened by a nut to secure the insulator of the cable.

Abstract: The junction box assembly includes a housing having a base member and a cover member, a plurality of retaining members formed on an upper surface of the base member, and a plurality of elastic fuse clips mounted in respective retaining members. Each fuse clip is provided with a pair of opposing clamping portions which releasably and grippingly receive a prong of a fuse. The sidewalls of the retaining members limit the elastic deformation of the clamping portions.
