The chip package includes a first and a second support structures below the thermal conductive structure. The first and the second support structures connect the substrate and corners of the thermal conductive structure. The thermal conductive structure has a side edge connecting the first and the second support structures. The first and the second support structures and the side edge together define of an opening exposing a space surrounding the semiconductor chip. The first and the second support structures are disposed along a side of the substrate. The first support structure is laterally separated from the side of the substrate by a first lateral distance. The side edge of the thermal conductive structure is laterally separated from the side of the substrate by a second lateral distance different than the first lateral distance.

The media system provides a playing schedule for programs of digital media. The advertisement system provides various advertisements. The user end devices are connected to the media system and the advertisement system via packet transmission. A specific user end device submits an advertisement request to the media system to configure the type of interested advertisements. The media system matches the type of interested advertisement with the variety of advertisements provided in the advertisement system, so as to find a matched advertisement conforming to the type of interested advertisements and select an advertisement version therefrom. The selected advertisement versions are combined for being played when the media system plays a corresponding program on the specific user end device.

The vision identifying unit compares at least a relative feature of each block to determine a function of each block on the web page. The output unit collects the blocks and their functions into an information interface and outputs the information interface.

Abstract: A system of using mileage ticket to take airplanes includes: a store for selling mileage tickets; a flight service provider for providing service of using mileage tickets to take airplanes; and a plurality of user ends, each being used by a passenger to purchase a specific amount of mileages from the store. The passenger requests the flight service provider to exchange some of the specific amount of mileages for a desired mileage ticket. The desired mileage ticket involves at least one flight segment provided by at least one airline. The at least one flight segment includes a flight distance between a departure airport and a destination airport. The flight service provider uses the flight distance to directly correspond to an amount of mileages required to purchase the desired mileage ticket. As being based on the distance between two cities, the ticket price is always constant and easy for inquiry.

The method is to construct a conflict graph from a post-routing design first, to find a maximal independent set (MIS) of the conflict graph, and to replace a single via with a double via for each vertex in the maximal independent set. Furthermore, since redundant vias can be classified into on-track and off-track ones and since on-track ones have better electrical properties, the invention also presents two methods to increase the amount of on-track redundant vias while a redundant via insertion solution is given.

Abstract: A central processing unit (CPU) heat sink module disposed under a central processing unit (CPU) and a motherboard comprises a conductive member disposed under the motherboard corresponsive to the position of the central processing unit (CPU), and a heat sink disposed on the conductive member, so that the conductive member rapidly transfers the heat source produced by the central processing unit (CPU) to the heat sink thereunder, and effectively disperses the heat source by the heat sink.
