Abstract: Flexible translucent electroconductive plastic film electrodes are produced by perforating a normally nonconductive translucent plastic film, and then applying to both surfaces of the film thin layers of a conductive metal oxide such as indium-tin oxide. The conductive layers communicate through the perforations to form an electroconductive film electrode useful with an electroluminescent layer and a rear electrode to form lights, signs and similar electroluminescent laminates.
