An inner space of a cover body is separated into an installing chamber (2110) and a hot air chamber (2111). A first motor (22) and a second motor (24) are fixed in the installing chamber (2110). The hot air supply module (23) is disposed in the hot air chamber (2111), and a group of the reduction gears (25) is driven by the second motor (24). A stirring component (26) connecting the group of the reduction gears (25) is disposed in the hot air chamber (2111). Thus an inner space of the roaster (1) will be maintained for flipping the ingredients.

    Abstract: A frying-and-baking oven includes a baking outer pot, a heating cover assembly covering the outer pot, and a frying inner pot disposed between the outer pot and the heat cover assembly. The heating cover assembly includes a cover, an actuator, a hot-air supplying module, and a speed-reducing mechanism. The actuator has a driving shaft. The hot-air supplying module has an air-blowing impeller and a heating element. The driving shaft drives the air-blowing impeller to blow the hot airflow generated by the heating element. The driving shaft also drives a transmission shaft of the speed-reducing mechanism and in turn a stirring member to rotate at a low speed, thereby stirring food materials in the inner pot. With this arrangement, the food materials received in the inner pot can be stirred automatically and cooked sufficiently. Further, the oven can cook the food materials by baking or frying, which increases the functionality and convenience thereof.

    Abstract: A pot includes a pot body, an upper cover pivotally covering the pot body, and a cover-lifting mechanism connected between the pot body and the upper cover. The cover-lifting mechanism includes a piston rod. Both ends of the piston rod are pivotally connected to the pot body and the upper cover respectively. The piston rod extends corresponding to an angle between the upper cover and the pot body when the upper cover is lifted. With this arrangement, the user can lift the upper cover with a less force. Further, the upper cover can be prevented from covering the pot body suddenly to damage the components and electric circuits therein and to protect the user's finger from getting hurt if the user puts his/her finger on the upper edge of the pot body. Therefore, the present invention really improves the practicability and safety of a pot.

    Abstract: An ozone vegetable and fruit washing machine utilizes ozone water to wash the vegetables and fruits. A tub is provided in a casing. A water pump and an ozone generator module are sandwiched between the casing and the tub. The water pump is connected with nozzles toward the interior of the tub. The water in the tub is delivered to the nozzles and ejected by the nozzles. The ozone generated by the ozone generator module is delivered to the bottom inside the tub, and the ozone is solved in water to form ozone water. In addition, a washing vessel is further provided in the tub for accommodating the vegetables and fruits to be washed.
