  • Patent number: 6553735
Abstract: An improved assembly structure of a door leaf with glass, with a halving structure of two halving injected frames having the same structure with glass, includes, at the reverse side of the halving injected frames with glass having a male tenon reinforcing rib with a plurality of female tenons mutually in symmetrical arrangement. That is, both are disposed correspondingly with each other top-to-bottom and left-to-right. Therefore, two identical halving injected frames (having the same structure) are capably halved each other by correspondingly relative male tenons inserted into relative female respectively. The structure is without need of joint members to quickly assemble a door leaf with glass when the two identical halving injected frames are held on a door leaf to further fix a multiple-layer glass therein. This saves assembling time and decreases cost.

  • Patent number: 6551537
Abstract: Structural members for doors and the like can be manufactured from plastic foamed composites containing wood flour by the steps of (1) dry mixing a blend of powders including PVC powder, wood flour, powdered thermal stabilizers, powdered fowning agent and a powdered gelatinization agent, (2) adding the mixed powder to a thermal stirring mixer to obtain a homogeneous dispersion of the several powders (3) transferring the homogeneous dispersion of powders to a cold stirring mixer and stirring at speeds sufficient to avoid agglomeration of the homogeneous dispersion of the several powders and (4) placing the non-agglomerated homogeneous dispersion of the several powders in a feeding hopper of an extrusion machine and extruding shapes for the desired components. The vacuum venting of the extrusion machine can be controlled to achieve components with more desirable surface features. Lubricants can be added to the homogeneous dispersions of the several powders to aid in the extrusion process.

  • Publication number: 20020092254
Abstract: The present invention relates to a refined assembly structure of hubbed door leaf installed with glass, which comprises a first door skin with an opening, a second door skin with an opening, a top lacing material, a bottom lacing material, a left lacing material, a right lacing material, a handle reinforcement member and the ejected frame with multiplayer glass hold-down. The door skin with opening can be manufactured to be various shapes such as square, rectangular, circle, ellipse, and semicircle depending on different mold. When assembled, the lacing materials are mounted to the edges of the first door skin by the adhesive. The left and the right lacing materials are position-bonded, by ribs, to the flush-sided door skin. The top and the bottom lacing materials are positioned through the milled notches at the top and the bottom ends of the left and the right lacing materials. A reinforcement member is disposed at the handle position to enhance the mechanical strength of the handle while locked.

  • Patent number: 5934040
Abstract: In a door constructed of spaced apart compression molded skins reinforced with fiber glass with the core between the skins filled with foam to construct the door, an improved skin for such doors is constructed by adding specific pigments to the raw materials for such skins before compression molding occurs to achieve a surface which is superior in appearance to the skins of such doors which are painted and/or stained after such skins are compression molded and converted into a door. The specific pigments employed are titanium oxide ?TiO.sub.2 !, ferric oxide ?Fe.sub.2 O.sub.3 !, chromium oxide ?Cr.sub.2 O.sub.3 !, and carbon black and are blended in different percentages to achieve different colors without loss of the integrity of the skin.
