Abstract: Facilitation of monitoring and analysis of user motion is performed to facilitate detecting when a user has fallen. A device can comprise a housing configured to attach to a body part of a human, a sensor module configured to capture motion data corresponding to motion of an object to which the device is attached, and a communication module configured to communicatively couple the sensor module to another device and transmit the motion data to the other device, wherein the motion data is configured to be analyzed by the other device to determine a type of the motion of the object, and in response to a determination that the type of motion is a falling motion, the other device is configured to activate a notification mechanism to notify an entity that the human has fallen.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a noninvasive medical pulsimeter sensor using a hall device. By forming a pulse-sensing part array with a hall device as a magnetic sensor, over the skin-contacting part which consists of a magnetic material, the present invention increases the integrity of sensors, enables to understand the spatial characteristics of the pulse which cannot be determined by the conventional pressure sensors, minimize the time for searching the pulse, and is applicable widely to portable pulsimeters and the likes.

An album viewer views contents of the album. A file viewer views contents of the files. An album manager allows the one or more users to associate levels of sharing of the album and to modify the contents of the album.

Abstract: The capture range and stability of a phase locked loop are improved by adjusting the free running frequency of a voltage controlled oscillator in response to the output signal of the phase locked loop. The output signal is filtered and amplified, and then compared to a reference signal from the voltage controlled oscillator which is indicative of the free running frequency. A direct current level capture circuit compares the filtered and amplified output signal with the reference signal and generates a control signal which adjusts the free running frequency so as to equalize the output signal and the reference signal. The control signal is generated by sequentially and consecutively enabling a series of filter reset circuits. A switch control circuit controls two feedback paths between the phase detector and the voltage controlled oscillator. The first feedback path includes a low pass filter and is selected by the switch circuit for normal operation.
