Abstract: A semiconductor die package includes an inductor-capacitor (LC) semiconductor die that is directly bonded with a logic semiconductor die. The LC semiconductor die includes inductors and capacitors that are integrated into a single die. The inductors and capacitors of the LC semiconductor die may be electrically connected with transistors and other logic components on the logic semiconductor die to form a voltage regulator circuit of the semiconductor die package. The integration of passive components (e.g., the inductors and capacitors) of the voltage regulator circuit into a single semiconductor die reduces signal propagation distances in the voltage regulator circuit, which may increase the operating efficiency of the voltage regulator circuit, may reduce the formfactor for the semiconductor die package, may reduce parasitic capacitance and/or may reduce parasitic inductance in the voltage regulator circuit (thereby improving the performance of the voltage regulator circuit), among other examples.

Abstract: A tool box includes a rear panel and two side panels pivotally coupled together. A door frame is secured to the front portions of the side panels and a door panel pivotally coupled to the door frame. An upper panel and a lower panel have a number of peripheral projections engaged into and secured to the side panels and the rear panel and the door frame. A top panel and a base panel are further secured on top and on the bottom of the side panels and the rear panel and the door frame for solidly securing the panels and the door frame together without fasteners.

Abstract: A tool box includes a housing for receiving tool members and one or more drawers slidably received in a base of the housing for receiving small objects, such as the nuts, screws, bolts etc. A plate and a cover are secured to the front portion of the base for slidably receiving the drawers. The base and the plate and the cover include one or more guide channels for guiding the drawers to slide relative to the base, and include one or more protrusions for retaining the drawers in the base, and includes one or more stops for preventing the drawers from being disengaged from the cover.

Abstract: A tool box includes a base having an opening and an upper space communicating with each other. A cover is pivotally coupled to the base for forming the tool box. An insert is engaged in the upper space of the base, and a drawer is slidably engaged in the opening of the base for allowing the drawer to be pulled outward of the base. The base has a guide channel for guiding the drawer relative to the base and for positioning the drawer to the base. A number of beams and bars are secured in the drawer for forming a number of spaces and for receiving smaller elements.
