    Abstract: A method for stitching a first image and a second image. The method includes determining an overlapping region of the first image and the second image; respectively cropping a part, determined as the overlapping region, of the first image and the second image into a plurality of first image overlapping sub-images and a plurality of second image overlapping sub-images of a same number for pairing into a plurality of overlapping sub-image pairs; obtaining an offset between the first image and the second image by performing frequency domain calculation on the plurality of overlapping sub-image pairs; and translating the first image toward a direction of the second image by the offset, and stitching the first image and the second image.
