  • Publication number: 20240135275
Abstract: A method for assigning a set of resources to a set of stations includes retrieving a set of pre-determined resource assignments; generating a set of resource assignment copies; receiving a resource constraint for the set of resources and a station constraint for the set of stations; assigning a set of first weights to the set of pre-determined resource assignments and a set of second weights to the set of resource assignment copies; determining at least one set of possible resource assignments that satisfies the resource constraint; determining a total weight for each set; determining a set of solution resource assignments as a set of the at least one set of possible resource assignments having a lowest total weight; and autonomously presenting the set of solution resource assignments on at least one display.

  • Publication number: 20230059979
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus are provided for operating a contact center operation control assistant system. An oral request from a user is captured using a virtual assistant executing on a smart device. An intent of the oral request is identified using a natural language understanding (NLU) platform. A request to a contact center platform is generated by invoking an application programming interface (API) based on the identified intent. An API response is received from the contact center platform in response to the API request. The API response is packaged into a sentence and provided to the user of the smart device using the virtual assistant.

  • Patent number: 11528188
Abstract: A computing device may perform a method that includes graphically presenting a plurality of virtual routing and forwarding (VRF) elements which represent a plurality of stored VRF profiles, with each VRF element presenting profile data from one of the plurality of stored VRF profiles. The method may further include receiving input selecting a VRF element which represents and presents profile data from a selected stored VRF profile and receiving input modifying the profile data presented by the selected VRF element. A VRF profile may be generated, for a networking device of a networking infrastructure, based on the selected stored VRF profile and the input modifying the profile data presented by the selected VRF element. Thereafter, a VRF element may be graphically presented which represents and presents profile data from the generated VRF profile for the networking device.

  • Patent number: 10379994
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are disclosed for smart code scanning, analysis and reporting. The systems, methods, and computer-readable media described herein may reduce the computational load on the scanner service and improve user experiences. In an example method described herein, a scanning service may receive code for analysis, the code being associated with a first project identifier. The scanner service may scan the code to identify one or more potential issues associated with the code. In turn, the scanner service may provide a list comprising, at least, one or more potential issues for display at a user device. The scanner service may then receive data indicative of a first potential issue being a false positive based on, at least in part, user input.

  • Patent number: 7286647
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer program products for providing a configurable telecommunications detail record adapter are disclosed. In one method, a user defines input data formats and output data formats via a graphical user interface. The text entered by the user is converted into a configuration file. The configuration file is converted into source code, and the source code is automatically converted into an executable adapter instance. In this manner, different adapter instances may be quickly and easily created by the user to process different input telecommunications detail record formats, such as formats of different probe vendors.
