    Abstract: The present invention extends to methods, systems, and computer program products for classifying time series image data. Aspects of the invention include encoding motion information from video frames in an eccentricity map. An eccentricity map is essentially a static image that aggregates apparent motion of objects, surfaces, and edges, from a plurality of video frames. In general, eccentricity reflects how different a data point is from the past readings of the same set of variables. Neural networks can be trained to detect and classify actions in videos from eccentricity maps. Eccentricity maps can be provided to a neural network as input. Output from the neural network can indicate if detected motion in a video is or is not classified as an action, such as, for example, a hand gesture.

    Abstract: A device comprises a digital ramp generator, an oscillator, a power amplifier, a low-noise amplifier (LNA), a mixer, and an intermediate frequency amplifier (IFA). The oscillator generates a chirp signal based on an output from the digital ramp generator. The power amplifier receives the chirp signal and outputs an amplified chirp signal to a transmitter antenna. The LNA receives a reflected chirp signal from a receiver antenna. The mixer receives output of the LNA and combines it with the chirp signal from the oscillator. The IFA receives the mixer output signal and includes a configurable high-pass filter, which has a first cutoff frequency during a first portion of the chirp signal and a second cutoff frequency during a second portion of the chirp signal. In some implementations, the first cutoff frequency is chosen based on a frequency of a blocker signal introduced by couplings between the transmitter and receiver antennas.

    Abstract: Techniques are presented herein for providing a persistent external Internet Protocol (IP) address for extra-cluster services. One example involves initiating, in a cluster, a first pod with a label that identifies a service. The first pod is configured to provide the service to one or more network entities outside the cluster. The first pod is assigned an IP address configured for communicating outside the cluster. A mapping of the service to the IP address is stored. In response to a determination that the service has been disrupted, a second pod is initiated in the cluster with the label that identifies the service. The second pod is configured to provide the service to the one or more network entities outside the cluster. Based on the mapping and the label that identifies the service, the IP address is assigned to the second pod.

Also disclosed is a fibrin sealant kit with a first container comprising the fibrinogen solution and a second container comprising the thrombin solution. A first index is generated from bits of a processor program counter, where the first index is used to access a branch predictor bimodal table. A first branch prediction is provided from the bimodal table, based on the first index. The first branch prediction is matched against N tables, where the tables contain prior branch histories, and where: the branch history in table T(N) is of greater length than the branch history of table T(N-1), and the branch history in table T(N-1) is of greater length than the branch history of table T(N-2). A processor address is manipulated using a greatest length of hits of branch prediction matches from the N tables, based on one or more hits occurring. The branch predictor address is manipulated using the first branch prediction from the bimodal table, based on zero hits occurring.
