    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a device for dioptric adjustment of a plurality of telescopic lenses against a focal plane array. The device includes a hollow cylinder developed onto a housing. In addition, the housing includes a plurality of pins. The device includes the focal plane array affixed with a support structure. Further, the device includes a barrel body. The barrel body includes a plurality of slots. Further, each of the plurality of pins is inserted in a slot of the plurality of slots of the barrel body. Furthermore, the device includes a dioptric adjusting knob coupled to the plurality of telescopic lenses with facilitation of the barrel body. Furthermore, the dioptric adjusting knob is manually rotatable about a longitudinal axis of the barrel body for displacing the plurality of telescopic lenses to thereby adjust an optical setting of the spotting scope.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a device for adjusting inter-pupillary distance between eyepieces of imaging systems. The device includes a pinion gear. The pinion gear is mounted on a first pin. The device includes two carrier plates. Each of the two carrier plates having gear teeth on a first portion of a side. The gear teeth on the two carrier plates are in mesh with the pinion gear. The two carrier plates are positioned parallel and opposite to one another. The device includes two focal plane arrays. Each of the two focal plane arrays is rigidly affixed with a carrier plate of the two carrier plates and movably supported over other carrier plate of the two carrier plate. The device enables inter-pupillary distance adjustment between eyepieces without causing skew or distortion of image.

    Abstract: Model-based image reconstruction (MBIR) methods using convolutional neural networks (CNNs) as priors have demonstrated superior image quality and robustness compared to conventional methods. Studies have explored MBIR combined with supervised and unsupervised denoising techniques for image reconstruction in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and positron emission tomography (PET). Unsupervised methods like the deep image prior (DIP) have shown promising results and are less prone to hallucinations. However, since the noisy image is used as a reference, strategies to prevent overfitting are unclear. Recently, Bayesian DIP (BDIP) networks that model uncertainty tend to prevent overfitting without requiring early stopping. However, BDIP has not been studied with data-fidelity term for image reconstruction. Present disclosure provides systems and method that implement a MBIR framework with a modified BDIP.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a new low-power, high performance multiplier circuit design, and more specifically to a partitioned multiplier implemented using a modified, symmetrical Wallace tree structure that enables the power to parts of the multiplier to be selectively turned on and off. A multiplier implemented using complementary pass-transistor logic (CPL) 3:2 carry save adders (CSAs) includes a left array with a first multiple of CPL CSAs, a right array with a second multiple of CPL CSAs, and a merge block coupled to the left array and the right array, such that the left and right arrays are not coupled to each other. The left and right arrays are configured to independently receive power, such that, each array can be turned on and off without affecting the other array. The merge block includes a third multiple of CPL CSAs and the merge block can be configured to output a result value of a multiplication operation.
