    Abstract: A memory is provided which comprises a capacitor including non-linear polar material. The capacitor may have a first terminal coupled to a node (e.g., a storage node) and a second terminal coupled to a plate-line. The capacitors can be a planar capacitor or non-planar capacitor (also known as pillar capacitor). The memory includes a transistor coupled to the node and a bit-line, wherein the transistor is controllable by a word-line, wherein the plate-line is parallel to the bit-line. The memory includes a refresh circuitry to refresh charge on the capacitor periodically or at a predetermined time. The refresh circuit can utilize one or more of the endurance mechanisms. When the plate-line is parallel to the bit-line, a specific read and write scheme may be used to reduce the disturb voltage for unselected bit-cells. A different scheme is used when the plate-line is parallel to the word-line.

The LiDAR system further includes a processor to combine the first mixed signal and the second mixed signal to generate a combined reference signal to suppress a negative image of a reference beat frequency signal to estimate a phase noise of the optical source to determine range and velocity information of the target.

    Abstract: Snapshot-based disaster recovery (DR) orchestration systems and methods for virtual machine (VM) failover and failback do not require that VMs or their corresponding datastores be actively operating at the DR site before a DR orchestration job is initiated, i.e., before failover. An illustrative data storage management system deploys proprietary components at source data center(s) and at DR site(s). The proprietary components (e.g., storage manager, data agents, media agents, backup nodes, etc.) interoperate with each other and with the source and DR components to ensure that VMs will successfully failover and/or failback. DR orchestration jobs are suitable for testing VM failover scenarios (“clone testing”), for conducting planned VM failovers, and for unplanned VM failovers. DR orchestration jobs also handle failback and integration of DR-generated data into the failback site, including restoring VMs that never failed over to fully re-populate the source/failback site.

The location-sensitive saliency prediction neural network includes, at least, a filter module, an inception module, and a location-bias module. The filter module extracts visual features at multiple contextual levels, and generates a feature map of the image. The inception module generates a multi-scale semantic structure, based on multiple scales of semantic content depicted in the image. In some cases, the inception block performs parallel analysis of the feature map, such as by parallel multiple layers, to determine the multiple scales of semantic content. The location-bias module generates a location-sensitive saliency map of location-dependent context of the image based on the multi-scale semantic structure and on a bias map. In some cases, the bias map indicates location-specific weights for one or more regions of the image.

This process is performed iteratively until the error is within a predetermined tolerance range about the target local density. The error is used to generate machine ready instructions to operate the 3D object printer to achieve the target density for the infill lines.

In some cases, the transmitting UE may transmit the data if the transmitting UE does not receive any response message. A receiving UE may receive the request message and determine whether to transmit a response message based on the priority and/or the receive power of the request message.

A pull-up and pull-down device are coupled to the summing node. The pull-up and pull-down devices are controlled separately. During a reset phase, the pull-up and/or pull-down devices are turned on or off in a sequence, and inputs to the capacitors are set to condition the voltage on node n1. As such, a threshold for the capacitive input circuit is set. After the reset phase, an evaluation phase follows. In the evaluation phase, the output of the capacitive input circuit is determined based on the inputs and the logic function configured during the reset phase.

Portions of the data object may be loaded into corresponding cache partitions based on the attributes of each. Although part of a single cache, each of the partitions may be independently assigned different cache replacement policies. Performance metrics for each of the partitions may be monitored and used to update the cache replacement policy for each partition at runtime without interrupting response traffic.
