  • Publication number: 20220406030
Abstract: Systems that search databases of videos or images to identify similar products in a given video or image of a product are disclosed. The content of the given video is represented by a feature vector used to measure the given video's similarity to either a video or an image. When the system is deployed to recognize particular fashion items in videos, some such videos are taken in uncontrolled settings, and as a result, may have low resolution, poor contrast, minimal focus, motion blur, or low lighting. By recognizing and removing poor quality video frames from the image recognition pipeline, associating products across video frames to form tracklets of each product, and enriching the feature representation of each item for best retrieval result by fusing information from multiple video frames depicting the item, the system addresses the aforementioned shortcomings.

  • Publication number: 20220405281
Abstract: Data warehousing solutions utilize lengthy and complex SQL instructions. These SQL instructions are difficult to parse and understand underlying logic/transformations performed. Conventionally, extensive analysis, time and effort needs to be spent to understand such SQL instructions and detect any data abnormalities in the SQL instructions. This technical challenge is exacerbated in high-volume production systems that include multiple systems that each utilize their own sets of SQL instructions. Apparatus and methods described herein take as input a natural language inquiry received from a user. The system attempts to parse the natural language inquiry to identify one or more relevant SQL instructions. Apparatus and methods may utilize AI and natural language processing to locate relevant SQL instructions, deconstruct them into subqueries and map a logical operational flow. Based on the mapped logic flow, a natural language response may be formulated to the user inquiry.

  • Publication number: 20220407889
Abstract: Policy deviations for distributed computing environments are detected and recorded an immutable ledger of transaction provenance from end to end transactions performed in the distributed computing environment. From the immutable ledger, persona data for transaction types is plotted as an bipartite graph. Edge weights of the bipartite graphs are correlated to trust levels between personas from the persona data and the transaction types from the immutable ledger. Trust levels from the edge weights are correlated to rules illustrating when the transaction provenance indicate a policy deviation in the distributed computing environment. The rules are then employed to detect in real time end to end provenance when a policy deviation in the distributed computing environment is occurring. An alert of policy deviations may be sent to stakeholders for the distributed computing environment.
