  • Publication number: 20230395127
Abstract: Computer memory systems employing localized generation of a global bit line (GBL) clock signal to reduce clock signal read path divergence for improved signal tracking, and related methods. The memory system includes one or more memory banks that each include a memory array comprised memory bit cells organized in respective memory row and memory column circuits. A global bit line (GBL) keeper circuit in a GBL control path in the memory system is coupled to the GBLs to latch output read data from a word line path in a selected memory row circuit of a selected memory bank in a read operation. To improve tracking of timing of the GBL control path with the word line paths in the memory row circuits, a GBL clock signal and local WL clock signal in a given memory bank are separately sourced from a source clock locally within the selected memory bank.

  • Publication number: 20230396972
Abstract: Embodiments are presented herein of apparatuses, systems, and methods for a user equipment device (UE), manufacturer server, and/or cellular network to perform radio capability signaling. A new type of UE radio capability identifier is provided which may allow a network to distinguish between similar UEs that have or have not implemented a capability update. In order to perform a forced capability update, a manufacturer may issue information about the update to a cellular network (and receive acknowledgement of the information) prior to pushing the update to UEs. In response to an unforced capability update, a cellular network may maintain multiple UE radio capability identifiers for similar UEs which have or have not implemented the update. A UE radio capability identifier may be adjusted dynamically in response to temporary changes in the UE's capability.

  • Publication number: 20230396453
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a social media platform profile identification and social discovery feature. Disclosed social media networks enable introduction of users that may not otherwise know one another based on commonality between those users. Social media profiles are identified by digital objects instead of or in addition to more traditional indexing methods such as real names or screen names. Social discovery on a social network is performed via matching to similar behavior profiles in activity monitored by a block explorer. Machine learning models categorize behavior patterns observed by the block explorer into a machine recognized glossary. Social networks further recommend actions by users based on the monitored online behaviors of social connections.

  • Publication number: 20230397281
Abstract: Systems and methods for managing synchronization of protocol data unit (PDU) sessions between a user equipment (UE) and a network are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, a determination of whether a message comprising a PDU session status information element (IE) should be sent is based on previous messaging between peer entities of the network. In some embodiments, a determination that the peer entity is informed of a relevant PDU session status is made after expected reply messaging is received in response to prior messaging. In some cases, a reply message without a PDU session status IE is sent from one entity to a peer entity when it is determined that each entity has a matching PDU session status. Cases involving failures detected at the network, and cases where an entity activates a data radio bearer (DRB) of a PDU session that is inactive at its peer are also discussed.
