Abstract: A P2X4 receptor antagonist is a compound represented by the formula (I) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, which is used as a preventive or therapeutic agent for neuropathic pains: Wherein B is aryl or the like that can have a substituent; Y is C1-5 alkylene that can have a double bond; Z is O, S or the like; each of R1, R2 and R3 independently is hydrogen, C1-8 alkyl or the like; R4 is hydrogen, C1-8 alkyl or the like; each of P and Q independently is hydrogen, halogen, C1-8 alkyl or the like; W is C1-8 alkyl or the like; and each of n and m independently is 1 or 2.

Abstract: A silver halide light sensitive photographic material is disclosed, comprising a support having thereon a silver halide emulsion layer containing tabular grains having an aspect ratio of not less than 5 and an even number of parallel twin planes, the tabular grains further satisfying the following requirements:(A) a coefficient of variation of grain size being 20% or less,(B) 0.7.ltoreq.y/x.ltoreq.2.0, where x represent a coefficient of variation of twin plane spacing and y represents a coefficient of variation of grain thickness, and (C) the grains having, in the interior of the grain, an internal layer having an iodide content higher than that of the grain surface, and the iodide content of the grain surface being higher than an average overall iodide content of the grains.

Abstract: A silver halide photographic emulsion is disclosed, containing tabular silver halide grains each comprising plural silver halide phases different in a silver iodide content from each other, in which a highest silver iodide containing phase has a silver iodide content of not less than 5 mol % and less than 15 mol %, and a lower silver iodide containing phase is present outside and contiguous to the highest silver iodide containing phase; the tabular grains having 5 or more dislocation lines per grain and accounting for not less than 30% by number of total silver halide grains, the tabular grains further having a hole trap zone within the grain.
