Abstract: A charging device includes a first body, a second body and a power output unit. The first body includes a first electrode exposed from a surface of the first body and a first magnetic unit disposed at the first body. The second body includes a second magnetic unit and a circuit board, which are disposed in the second body. The power output unit is disposed at the second body. When a plurality of batteries are sandwiched between the first body and the second body, the first electrode, the batteries and the circuit board constitute a circuit to provide power to an electronic device through the power output unit.

Abstract: A portable electronic device includes a main body and a functioning module. The main body has an accommodation space. The main body includes at least one magnetic connecting portion disposed in the accommodation space. The functioning module is detachably accommodated in the accommodation space. The functioning module has a functioning surface and a connecting surface. The connecting surface includes at least one first magnetic piece. When the functioning module is accommodated in the accommodation space, the first magnetic piece is magnetically connected with the magnetic connecting portion.
