The material for making the container body is mixed with a thermochromic powder, a photochromic powder or the combination of thereof, making the color of the container body change along with the temperature change of the content or the brightness change in the environment. The two-dimensional and/or three-dimensional pattern film comprises a grating layer set on one surface of a transparent layer, and a pattern area printed partially on the other surface of the transparent layer and coated by a glue layer. Therefore, after the two-dimensional and/or three-dimensional pattern film is combined to the container body, the container body is not only has the effect of color change, but also has the different pattern changes in different angle or layer of the two-dimensional and/or three-dimensional pattern.

    Abstract: A container providing thermal insulation and having three dimensional colored glitter patterns is revealed. The container includes an inner body layer and an outer pattern layer having three-dimensional colored glitter patterns. The inner body layer is formed by injected plastic mixed with microspheres for providing thermal insulation and better heat/cold retention properties. The outer pattern layer consists of a foam substrate layer, a substrate layer, a reflection layer, a printed layer and uneven patterns. The foam substrate layer, the substrate layer, the reflection layer, and the printed layer are stacked in turn while the uneven patterns are formed by hot pressing after the foam substrate layer, the substrate layer, and the reflection layer being integrated into one part. Or the uneven patterns are formed by hot pressing after the foam substrate layer, the substrate layer, the reflection layer, and the printed layer being integrated into one part.

    Abstract: An integrally molded and firmly bonded substrate, without coming off, for container having 3D dazzling effect and produced by in-mold injection molding and a manufacturing method of the same are provided, in which aluminum plating operation is conducted on a film to form a reflective film, which is then firmly bonded with a base material, in liquid state having a temperature as high as 150° C.˜300° C., by the high adhesion of the base material produced in liquid state at high temperature, in turn a sheet-material processing operation is conducted. In this manner, adhesive and bonding layer (PET) is not needed for adhesion operation. Not only cost can be reduced but also degumming and peeling will not occur during in-mold injection molding process. Thus, yield rate can be increased and failure rate can be decreased. It can also be recycled for environmental purpose.
