  • Publication number: 20240133427
Abstract: An air-floating guide rail device includes a guide rail unit, a slider unit, and a linear motor unit. The guide rail unit includes a guide rail body and two air-floating block sets made of a material different from that of the guide rail body and each including top and side air-floating blocks. The slider unit includes a main sliding seat and two lateral sliding seats connected integrally to the main sliding seat and each having first and second guiding surfaces transverse to each other and disposed respectively adjacent to corresponding top and side air-floating blocks, and first and second air guiding passages connecting the first and second guiding surfaces to the external environment. The linear motor unit includes a stator and a mover mounted fixedly to the main sliding seat and movable relative to the stator for driving linear movement of the slider unit relative to the guide rail unit.

  • Patent number: 6593721
Abstract: A connection device for charging electric vehicles provides direct electrical connection for an external source of electricity to charge the battery of an electric vehicle. It mainly comprises a movable charging terminal combined with a switch, both located on the body of an electric vehicle. When the charging terminal is moved into a position that enables an electrical connection with an external source of electricity, the switch is automatically moved into a position that cuts off electricity to the driving motor of the electric vehicle, rendering the electric vehicle incapable of being started during electric charging, thus preventing accidents from occurring.

  • Publication number: 20020117844
Abstract: A vehicle frame with replaceable rearward inclined angles for front wheels allows users to alter the rearward inclining angle of the front wheels to form different car styles. The vehicle frame has a separable axle hub. The axle hub is a replaceable element which has apertures of different rearward inclined angles to selectively engage with the frame such that the front wheels may be inclined rearward at different angles to form different car styles.

  • Patent number: 6303884
Abstract: This invention discloses a safety controller for use with a power switch for turning on or off the power switch. Two pressing actuators are provided in the design of the control pedal of the invention, having slant surfaces tilting in opposite directions. When the user steps on the control pedal, the first pressing actuator presses the button on the power switch to turn on the power; whereas when the control pedal is restored, the second pressing actuator presses the button on the power switch to turn off the power.

  • Patent number: 6142264
Abstract: The present invention provides a brake device for a children's vehicle which overcomes the drawbacks of a conventional brake device that causes different braking force when the wheel rotating in different directions. The brake device of the present invention is constituted by a brake disc rotating along with the wheel; and a pair of brake shoes pivotally secured by one end at a fixed portion relatively to the brake disc and capable of counterly fastening the circumference of the brake disc. When braking, the brake shoes rotate pivotally by the fixed portion to fasten the brake disc and stop the wheel. Since the pair of brake shoes always provide together a major and a minor braking force whenever the wheel rotates clockwise or counterclockwise, they always provide the same braking performance.
