  • Publication number: 20080073067
Abstract: A noise elimination apparatus for a radiator allows an elastic cushion to shield a plurality of screw holes on a upper cover to enable air flow driven by a fan not to be expelled out through the screw holes; an elastic blocking plate is combined with the radiator at an inner side of an exhaust thereof; the blocking plate shields a gap between a bottom portion of an opening at an inner side of a scooper to cause air flow expelled via the exhaust of the radiator not to be expelled through the gap mentioned above. Whereby, wind shear sound and annoying high frequency noise generated when the fan is working can be reduced.

  • Publication number: 20070230125
Abstract: In an assembly of a heat-dissipating device and a circuit board, the circuit board has a heat-generating component and is formed with board holes. The heat-dissipating device includes a base plate, a heat-dissipating component, fastening members, biasing members, engaging members, and resilient washers. The base plate abuts against the heat-generating component, and is formed with through-holes. The heat-dissipating component is disposed on the base plate. Each fastening member has a shank part extending through one through-hole and one board hole, a head part, and a threaded connection part. Each biasing member abuts against the base plate and the head part of one fastening member. Each engaging member is disposed at a lower surface of the circuit board and engages the threaded connection part of one fastening member. Each washer is sleeved on one fastening member, and abuts against an upper surface of the circuit board.

  • Publication number: 20070218450
Abstract: A method and a web-based software apparatus for use in the automated scoring of assessment test papers, utilizes both a human and the machine scoring of each paper in a poly-metrological evaluation each assessment score. The scoring performance of each human scorer, in web-base assessment scoring production, is constantly monitored and evaluated, in real time, for score accuracy, bias, and other factors. Whereof, each human score performance is measured against machine score performance of the same assessment paper, and if need be, against a second human score performance in scoring the same assessment paper. Scores are resolved according to a subscriber approved algorithm. Irresolvable discrepancies are addressed by a chief or master human scorer. The score performance history of each production, human scorer is constantly monitored, in real time, and each human scorer is prompted or selected-out for retraining, as necessary, according to a selected, real time, evaluation algorithm.
