Abstract: A sound playing system is disclosed. The sound playing system is used for playing sound from a portable media carrier and a personal computer, including a controlling unit and a switching unit. The controlling unit includes an audio signal receiving terminal, a data transmission terminal and a signal switch terminal. The audio signal receiving terminal receives audio signals from the portable media carrier, the data transmission terminal receives data from the personal computer, and the signal switch terminal outputs a switch signal. The switching unit determines a data transmission path according to the switch signal.

Abstract: A data storage system is provided. The data storage system includes a first storage module for storing a first data, a second storage module for storing a second data, a control module and a processing module. The control module generates a first control signal and a second control signal, and accesses the first data and the second data according to the first control signal and the second control signal. The processing module is coupled to the first storage module, the second storage module and the control module, and controls the first storage module and the second storage module to transmit the first data and the second data to the control module according to the first control signal and the second control signal respectively, wherein the processing module bypasses the second storage module when receiving the first control signal.

Abstract: A music playing device is disclosed. The music playing device includes a main body, a receiving space, an audio signal decoder and an audio signal output terminal. The receiving space is disposed in the main body for receiving a memory. The audio signal decoder is disposed in the main body and coupled to the receiving space for decoding audio data stored in the memory, and the audio signal output terminal is disposed in the main body and coupled to the audio signal decoder for receiving the audio data decoded by the audio signal decoder and outputting the decoded audio data.
