Abstract: A process for producing a barrier composition includes subjecting a siloxane compound having 1 to 3 amino groups and an aqueous solution including water and an alcohol to hydrolysis and first-stage condensation under required conditions, subjecting a first colloidal mixture obtained and an additional alcohol to second-stage condensation, subjecting a second colloidal mixture obtained, which has a particular solid content, to heating under required conditions, and subjecting a cured product obtained to aging under required conditions. A barrier composition produced by the process is also disclosed.

Abstract: An optical coating equipment, which includes a delivery device, a coater head, and an ultraviolet irradiative device. The delivery device delivers a film. A liquid coating is coated on the film by the coater head. The ultraviolet irradiative device includes a board assembly. When the coated film is delivered through the ultraviolet irradiative device, irradiative dose is controlled by the board assembly of the ultraviolet irradiative device.

Abstract: This invention provides an antistatic coating composition and antistatic hard coating film coated with the composition. The antistatic coating composition, which comprises curable hard coating solution mixed with antistatic coating recipe, contains no conductive fine powder or fine particle, thus can be preserved longer. The antistatic hard coating film has superior antistatic ability, higher transmittance=and has no visible color shift.

Abstract: A method of cleaning used to clean alkalized optical films has a first rinsing process by which a base liquid on the optical film is rinsed, a second rinsing process by which remaining alkaline solution on the optical film is rinsed, and a drying process by which water remaining on the optical film is removed.
