    Abstract: Disclosed is a plastic injection mold, comprising a female mold, a male mold corresponding to the female, an inclined pushing mechanism, a parting lock and a puller. The female mold comprises an accepting space. The inclined pushing mechanism comprises an inclined pusher and an inclined pushing seat, which a parting lock hole and a guide rail are formed therein. The inclined pusher is installed on the guide rail. The parting lock is fixed on the male mold. The puller is fixed on female mold. As the plastic injection mold is utilized to form a product with barb, a present slide mechanism can be replaced by the inclined pushing mechanism with the parting lock and the puller. The plastic injection mold has a simple structure and can be easily designed and manufactured. Accordingly, the plastic injection mold can be utilized to manufacture the product with barb with small size.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a shaping mold for products with a circular hole, comprising a male mold and a female mold corresponding thereto, forming a core cavity therebetween after the shaping mold is closed. A pin mold core and a female mold core capable of dipping into the core cavity are in the male mold and female mold respectively. A mating face of the pin mold core and the inner face of a square hole shaping portion of the female mold core compress with each other after the shaping mold is closed. With the limitation head and the limitation boards buckling up, the shaping mold of the present invention restricts the pin mold core not rotated in the core cavity to prevent dislocation of the mating face and the square hole shaping portion happening during the insert and shut off operation. Accordingly, the shaping accuracy of the products can be guaranteed.

    Abstract: A mold assembly having an ejection mechanism is disclosed and has a female mold, a male mold, a lower fixing plate, an upper ejection plate, at least one upper ejection pin, a lower ejection plate, at least one lower ejection pin and at least one process control mechanism. The female and male molds are closed to commonly define a mold cavity. The lower fixing plate and the male mold commonly define a receiving space therebetween to receive the upper ejection plate and the lower ejection plate which can be shifted upward and downward therein. The upper and lower ejection pins are mounted on the upper and lower ejection plates, respectively. The process control mechanism controls the upper and lower ejection pins to eject a molded product in two steps, so that the molded product can be automatically ejected for enhancing the manufacture efficiency of the mold assembly.

The slide core-pulling delayed mechanism includes a slide base, a core-pulling guide block and two slide-guiding rails. The two slide-guiding rails are parallel to each other.     Abstract: Disclosed is a molding having a counter, comprising a fixed half, a moving half, a counter, a locator and a counting operator. The fixed half is opened with a through hole. The moving half is functioned in accordance with the fixed half. The locator is positioned at the moving half. The counting operator is slidably set at the moving half and comprises a sliding main body, a locator and a contacting bump. The sliding main body comprises two locating slots positioned at one end thereof. The locator extends into the locating slots to locate the counting operator. The contacting bump is positioned on the sliding main body and can press the contacting part of the counter. With the locator and the counting operator of the present invention, wrong records of non productive molding can be avoided and the counter does not have to be removed during the mold-repair.

    Abstract: A mold includes upper and lower mold members, an upper-side slider pushing member, a slider, and an ejector rod. The upper-side slider pushing member is secured on the upper mold member. The lower mold member defines a movement space. The slider is slidably mounted on the lower mold member, and forms outer and inner angled surfaces. The ejector rod is movably mounted on the lower mold member. The ejector rod extends into the movement space and is driven by the push bar. The ejector rod and the upper-side slider pushing member are respectively engageable and thus pushing the inner and outer angled surfaces of the slider to cause the slider to slide on the lower mold member. The mold keeps the slider in a closed state while the mold is being opened, thereby preventing molded products from sticking to an upper mold member and saving internal space for the sliders.

    Abstract: Provided is a mold of removing chips for machining a product with center pins. The mold includes a plurality of first forming grooves disposed on an upper end thereof, a plurality of second forming grooves disposed on a lower end thereof, and at least two chip-removing grooves separately disposed on the upper and lower ends thereof. The first and second forming grooves separately divide the upper and lower ends into a plurality of upper and lower cores. The chip-removing grooves are separately cutting the first and second forming grooves. The chip-removing grooves can make the chips be easily removed out of the mold for preventing the chips from blocking up the first and second forming grooves and avoiding the deformation of the upper and lower cores, thereby enhancing the strength of the mold, elongating the useful life thereof and ensuring the machining precision of the product.

    Abstract: A mold includes upper and lower mold members and a machine control unit. The lower mold member includes a support board, a molding mechanism mounted on the support board, and an ejection mechanism. The support board forms a receiving compartment. The molding mechanism includes a mold cavity. The machine control unit is mounted in the receiving compartment of the support board and includes an optic sensor. With the arrangement of the optic sensor of the machine control unit, the mold can detect the returned and non-returned statuses of the ejection mechanism and transmits the result of detection to the molding machine of the mold, whereby the molding machine can be timely and correctly informed of the status of the ejection mechanism for correctly issuing a subsequent operation instruction. In this way, the potential risk that the mold is damaged by improper operation of the molding machine can be eliminated.
