Abstract: The present disclosure provides a control system, a control method and a control device of an intelligent robot based on artificial intelligence. The system includes: a decision engine, disposed on the intelligent robot, and configured to generate cloud processing information according to a multimodal input signal, and to send the cloud processing information; and a cloud control center, configured to receive the cloud processing information, to obtain a user demand by analyzing the cloud processing information, and to return the user demand, such that the decision engine controls the intelligent robot according to at least one of the user demand and the multimodal input signal. The control system may make full use of great online information, enhance the capability of the intelligent robot for storage, calculation and processing complex decisions, and meanwhile may respond to the user's instruction timely, rapidly and intelligently, and improve the user experience.

Abstract: The invention provides a tunable coherent optical receiver and a related method wherein the receiver uses low-frequency trace-tone modulation of optical WDM channels at transmission as channel IDs in order to detect which optical channels are present in the received optical WDM signal. The receiver than discriminates between the thereby detected optical channels by tuning a local oscillator to one of the received optical channels as determined based on the presence of the low-frequency tones in the received optical signal.

Abstract: An input method editor (IME) configured to provide language assistance across a plurality of applications is disclosed. In one example, the IME is adapted for use by English-as-a-second-language (ESL) users. In a specific example, language assistance may be provided by first detecting a need to suggest a substitute word to a user who is typing within an application. The detection may be based on a probability that a current word is in error. If a need is detected, a suggestion may be obtained for the word, such as from a cloud linguistic service or from a local lexicon and language-model, if network connectivity is poor. Once obtained, the suggestion may be displayed to the user in a non-intrusive manner by user interface element(s). Interaction with the user allows the user to accept or reject the suggestion, and perform other functions, such as relocating user interface elements utilized by the display.

Abstract: The present invention proposes a searching method and system and a network robot. The method comprises: S1: a network robot acquiring a search term from a user; S2: the network robot generating guidance information for the user according to the search term; S3: the network robot receiving response information from the user regarding the guidance information; and S4: the network robot feeding back the response information to a search engine, such that the search engine updates search results. The searching method of the embodiments of the present invention can not only help and guide a user to obtain more accurate search results and better satisfy the search needs of the user, but can also provide personalized services for the user and increase interest when the user uses a search engine to carry out a search, thus improving the user experience.

The server device transmits query completion data to the mobile device. The query completion data includes one or more names that complete the received prefix. The names provided by the server device may be associated with entities that are within a threshold radius of the location information.

The modulation system comprises a Mach-Zehnder (MZ) modulator and a drive circuit, which includes a logic XOR gate and a differential amplifier.
