    Abstract: An integrated circuit (IC) comprising an enhanced passivation scheme for pad openings and trenches is provided. In some embodiments, an interlayer dielectric (ILD) layer covers a substrate and at least partially defines a trench. The trench extends through the ILD layer from a top of the ILD layer to the substrate. A conductive pad overlies the ILD layer. A first passivation layer overlies the ILD layer and the conductive pad, and further defines a pad opening overlying the conductive pad. A second passivation layer overlies the ILD layer, the conductive pad, and the first passivation layer, and further lines sidewalls of the first passivation layer in the pad opening and sidewalls of the ILD layer in the trench. Further, the second passivation layer has a low permeability for moisture or vapor relative to the ILD layer.

    Abstract: A simple and integrated imaging device for housing motor-switchable and laterally-moving filters between a camera-lens holder and an imaging chip comprises the switchable filters in a cavity and a switching mechanism, and a driving mechanism are also in the cavity. The imaging chip is carried by a flexible printed circuit board. The driving mechanism connected to the switching mechanism drives the switching mechanism to slide back and forth underneath the camera-lens holder, so that either the first or the second switchable filter covers a through hole allowing light to fall on the imaging chip. An electronic device including the imaging device is also disclosed.

    Abstract: A loudspeaker includes a basket defining a center hole therethrough, a conduction wire board fixed to the bottom surface of the basket, a magnet placed on the basket, a diaphragm arranged on the basket and above the magnet, and a voice coil. The conduction wire board defines a core hole corresponding to the center hole, and two welding foils on the bottom surface. The magnet defines a through hole corresponding to the center hole. The voice coil is wrapped around the magnet and fixed to the bottom of the diaphragm. The voice coil has leading wires, which bend inward at the top and downward pass through the through hole of the magnet, the center hole of the basket and the core hole of the conduction wire board, and then extend toward two sides of the rivet for being welded on the corresponding welding foils.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a speaker which includes a frame module. The frame module includes a frame body defining a gap thereon, a printed circuit board disposed on a rear surface of the frame body, a magnet mounted in the frame body, and a magnetic washer disposed before the magnet and in the frame body. A phonation module includes a diaphragm and a voice coil assembled in the frame body and surrounding the magnet and the magnetic washer. Two lead wires are led out from the voice coil and led out of the speaker through the gap of the frame body. The voice coil adheres to a back surface of the diaphragm. A steel mask with meshes is mounted in front of the diaphragm.

    Abstract: A plug connector includes a housing, a plurality of electric terminals, at least one latch mechanism and a cover. The housing defines a plurality of terminal chambers for receiving the electric terminals. Two sides of the housing respectively define a perforation. The latch mechanism has two beams. Two ends of the beam protrude outward to form a preventing section and a termination section. An inside of the beam defines a plurality of projections and recesses buckling with each other. Rear ends of the beams extend rearward and bend inward to connect with each other to form a latch tab. The preventing section and the termination section abut against the outside of the perforation. Both ends of the cover respectively define a block lying between the two termination sections to prevent the two termination sections from jointing together to ensure the latch mechanism is held in the housing firmly.
