Abstract: In some examples, with respect to intent and context-aware dialogue based virtual assistance, an intent of an inquiry may be determined using an intent classification model. A determination may be made as to whether the determined intent matches a pre-specified intent of a plurality of pre-specified intents. Based on a determination that the determined intent does not match the pre-specified intent, a question related to the inquiry may be generated. Another intent of the inquiry may be determined by analyzing a response to the question using the intent classification model. A determination may be made as to whether the determined other intent matches another pre-specified intent of the plurality of pre-specified intents. Based on a determination that the determined other intent does not match the other pre-specified intent, a deep learning model may be utilized to predict a response to the inquiry.

Abstract: Systems and methods for detecting respiratory mechanics of a patient during mechanical ventilation. An example ventilator implemented method includes receiving pressure and flow measurements of breathing gas. Based on the measurements, the ventilator generates values for a derivative of an estimate of intrapleural pressure (Psync) of the patient, and the ventilator determines a rate of change of the generated Psync values over a portion of an expiratory phase of a breathing cycle. Based on the determined rate of change, the ventilator selects at least one of a triggering mode or a setting for ventilation, and the ventilator controls ventilation of the patient based on the selected triggering mode and/or the setting for ventilation.

  • Publication number: 20210290883
Abstract: Systems and methods for model-driven system integration on a ventilator comprise a modeled exhalation flow. Ventilator flow sensors contain components that are easily damaged or impacted and have high rates of failure. Knowledge failure frequency and type may help determine when to replace, clean, or calibrate a flow sensor. A modeled exhalation flow may be trained for a ventilator. Additionally, the modeled exhalation flow may be compared to a flow sensor flow to determine a specific failure. Additionally or alternatively, the modeled exhalation flow may supplement, weight, or replace a faulty flow sensor measurement. These systems and methods may assist in identifying an inaccurate flow sensor measurement and/or providing a more accurate modeled flow estimate, thus increasing accuracy in patient-ventilator interactions.

  • Patent number: 11119322
Abstract: An imaging display system in the field of augmented reality technology comprises a waveguide structure (14) disposed on an outer surface of an exit surface (7) of a polarization beam splitter (3) of an optical engine module (A). The waveguide structure is tubular. One end (15) of the waveguide structure is connected to the exit surface and together with the exit surface forms a preset angle (?). The other end of the waveguide structure is a free end. The imaging display system expands an eye motion box (EMB) by means of the waveguide structure. The preset angle formed between the waveguide structure and the exit surface causes light (22) incident on the waveguide structure to undergo total internal reflection inside the waveguide structure.

  • Publication number: 20210277778
Abstract: A method for evaluating brittleness of a deep shale reservoir and a computer readable storage medium. The method includes determining a Rickman brittleness index of the deep shale reservoir and determining an effective pressure of the deep shale reservoir according to a pore pressure and an overlying formation pressure of the deep shale reservoir. The Rickman brittleness index is adjusted to obtain the brittleness index of the deep shale reservoir according to an exponential relationship of the brittleness index with the effective pressure of the deep shale reservoir. Inherent properties, such as rock brittle mineral content and the like, are better indicated by the Rickamn brittleness index, and then the brittleness index of the deep shale reservoir is obtained by utilizing the exponential relationship of the brittleness index with the effective pressure of the deep shale reservoir, to realize reasonable evaluation for the brittleness of the deep shale reservoir.
