The first connector includes an insulating body, conductive terminals, and a first cable, each conductive terminal having a contact portion. The second connector includes a sub-circuit board and a second cable connected to the sub-circuit board, the sub-circuit board having a butting end facing the first connector, and gold fingers being distributed on the surface of the butting end. The metal housing is provided with an insertion hole, the insertion hole having a front insertion opening at the front end of the metal housing and a rear insertion opening at the rear end of the metal housing. The first connector is inserted into the insertion hole from the front insertion opening, and the second connector is inserted into the insertion hole from the rear insertion opening. The contact portions are in contact with the gold fingers.

The first connector is inserted into the receiving space through the first insertion opening, and the second connector is inserted into the receiving space through the second insertion opening and butted with the first connector. The first connector and the metal housing are permanently locked with each other by a buckle structure therebetween, such that the first connector cannot be disengaged from the metal housing.

Abstract: An HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) connector includes an insulating housing which has a receiving cavity and an inserting mouth. A connecting body is formed between the receiving cavity and the inserting mouth and defines two rows of passing holes. An insulating body is secured in the receiving cavity and includes a first insulating body and a second insulating body engaged with the first insulating body. A plurality of first signal terminals and a plurality of second signal terminals each have a fastening portion, a contacting portion and a flexible portion. The first signal terminals are integrated with the first insulating body by means of insert molding the corresponding fastening portions in the first insulating body and the second signal terminals are integrated with the second insulating body by means of insert molding the corresponding fastening portions in the second insulating body. The flexible portions are elastically received in the corresponding passing holes.
