  • Publication number: 20080290119
Abstract: The present invention provides an improved piston mechanism of a lotion pump. A piston is assembled in the piston cylinder of the lotion pump in a sliding state. The piston contacts the inner wall of the piston cylinder through a ring surface. At least two circular ribs are arranged at intervals on the ring surface, enabling sliding contact between each circular rib and the inner wall of the piston cylinder. Since the circular rib is made of ribs with predefined heights, the contact area may not expand greatly, thus maintaining the smooth sliding of the piston, leading to higher durability and improved applicability of the lotion pump.

  • Publication number: 20080006656
Abstract: The present invention is a lotion pump structure, and the lotion pump structure includes a piston cylinder, shut-off valve, locking ring, pump, activating tube, piston and resilient component. A first ring groove and a second ring groove are on the tapered section of the activating tube of the piston cylinder, so that the protruding ring at the top of the inner ring wall of the piston can be connected to the first ring groove. The bottom edge of the inner ring wall connects the second ring groove. The sealing effect is increased when the piston is sliding up and down, and the drawing effect on the lotion is increased. The piston is supported better to prevent the piston from being bent out of shape, further extending the working life span of the piston.

  • Publication number: 20070102449
Abstract: The structure that can keep a foreign object from coming into the container for the pump of the liquid container is focused on solving the dust accumulated inside the container before being sold. An anti-lock device is placed between the pump and the tip of the bottle, which includes an upper stopper, lower stopper, and a pre-snap rib. The upper stopper has a limit stopper that is placed at the end of the outlet tube of the pump, and the lower stopper is placed on the opening of the bottle. The pre-snap rib is placed between the upper and lower stopper. An extension part is placed on the upper stopper that extends to the outlet of the outlet tube, and a sealable lid is placed at the end of the extension part that can seal the outlet of the outlet tube.

  • Publication number: 20070023452
Abstract: The safeguard device for the pump of a liquid container prevents the pump of the new liquid container from being opened by the consumers. The device is a substrate that can be fastened or tied to the joint cap on the top of the bottle cap on the container, and the substrate forms a positioning chip that is connected to the pump. A disconnected line is placed between the substrate and the positioning chip, and by connecting the substrate and positioning chip to the joint cap and pump of the contain, it can maintain the unopened status of the joint cap and pump, so that the consumer can easily twist the pump open and cause it to spring up. Also, the device prevents the cleaner inside from being pumped out, and once the pump is twisted.

  • Patent number: 6966459
Abstract: A water stopping and infiltration-proof structure for a lotion spray nozzle, which is accomplished by adopting a water-stopping flange that is integrated with the cover top and is expanded from the top of the straight shaft tube, together with female and mate threading that are moved outwards along with the spray nozzle's bottom rim and the integrated cover's rim. This will enable the water-stopping flange to wipe off water drops on the piston shaft surface, and prevent water on the integrated cover top from infiltrating into the shaft tube.
