  • Publication number: 20250155890
Abstract: A vehicle platoon intersection decision-making system includes multiple vehicles. When executing the intersection decision-making process, the captain vehicle determines whether the platoon can pass through the intersection at the current speed command; if yes, the captain vehicle directs each vehicle to maintain travelling at the current speed command to pass through the intersection; if not, the captain vehicle generates a first optimized speed control information through a first speed decision-making process, making the platoon decelerate before reaching the intersection and begin to accelerate at an acceleration critical time point such that the platoon passes through the intersection. When the platoon passes through the intersection at the current speed command, no energy for accelerating or decelerating is wasted.

  • Publication number: 20240283313
Abstract: A brushless direct-current machine is provided, comprising a casing; a body in the casing; a motor in the body; a stator coil bidirectionally wound through slots but not empty slots; and a set of planetary gears. The duty ratio of pulse-width modulation is adjusted by using the three-phase windings of the stator coil to change a current flowing through. A controller switches the current direction of the windings for producing changes in magnetic field. Between the polarity of the stator and the polarities of magnets of a rotor, power is generated owing to the simultaneous functions of same-pole repulsion and opposite-pole attraction for controlling the rotation of the rotor. The 3 empty slots are used to break the original magnetic field into parts to make the rotation force lighter and driving effect better. Thus, an activating current is lowered, and energy and electricity are saved effectively.

  • Patent number: 6988836
Abstract: An optical fiber connector for mating with an optical fiber coupling has a housing and a U-shaped portion assembled to the housing. The housing has two clamping grooves respectively formed on upper and lower edges of each opposite lateral outer surface thereof. The U-shaped portion includes a socket frame and two side plates extending from the socket frame. The socket frame includes a shutter downwardly extending from an upper front edge thereof and made integrally in one piece. Each of the side plates has two engaging faces respectively retained in the clamping grooves and arranged on upper and lower edges thereof.
