Abstract: According to the present invention, provided is an unmanned construction system for an access floor comprising an installation frame (10), a pad (20) attached to the installation frame (10), and a floor (30) coupled to the pad (20), the unmanned access floor construction system comprising a construction robot connected to a control server (1) by wired or wireless communication, wherein the construction robot comprises: a pad installation robot (100) for attaching the pad (20) to the installation frame (10); a floor installation robot (200) for mounting the floor (30) on the pad (20); and a bolting robot (300) for fastening the pad (20) to the floor (30) by using a fastening means (40).

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an unmanned access floor construction system including an installation frame, a floor coupled to the installation frame, and a pad that couples the floor to be correct position of the installation frame. The unmanned construction system, which is for an access floor, includes an unmanned robot connected to a control server through wired or wireless communication. The unmanned robot includes: a loading robot that loads the floor; an installation robot that moves and installs the floor loaded on the loading robot, to the installation frame; and an alignment unit that mounts the pad at a pad installation position of the floor when the installation robot moves the floor to the installation frame.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for constructing an access floor by using unmanned robot, the method comprising: a first step (S100) of constructing an installation frame (10) and a peripheral slab (60) formed on the periphery of the installation frame; a second step (S200) of positioning the unmanned robot on the peripheral slab (60); and a third step (S300) of coupling a floor (30) to the installation frame (10) by the unmanned robot while moving along the peripheral slab (60). According to the present invention, an automated robot can install a mat and floor in place of a worker performing dangerous floor installation work, so as to prevent the occurrence of workplace safety accidents. Furthermore, through the installation of a mat and floor by the robot, floor installation location selection and leveling work can be quickly performed, so as to reduce the construction costs and shorten the construction period.
