    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a memory device includes providing a substrate and sequentially forming a stack layer and a hard mask layer on the substrate. The method includes forming a first patterned mandrel and a plurality of second patterned mandrels on the hard mask layer, wherein the first patterned mandrel is adjacent to and spaced apart from an end of the second patterned mandrels in the first direction. The method further includes using the first patterned mandrel and the second patterned mandrels as masks, patterning the hard mask layer and the stack layer sequentially to form a dummy structure and a plurality of word lines separated from each other on the substrate. A portion of the stack layer corresponding to the first mandrel is formed into the dummy structure, and a portion of the stack layer corresponding to the second patterned mandrels is formed into the word lines.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a dust tank is arranged in the lower side of the machine frame. A dust bag is sleeved by the dust tank. The top side of the dust tank is connected to a filter tank. The filter tank has an air inlet pipe at the bottom side thereof, a filter thereinside, and an air outlet at the top side thereof. The air outlet is connected to a closed chamber arranged at the other side of the machine frame via the air suction pipe. A suction blower is arranged inside the closed chamber. A motor drives the suction blower to operate and suck air to flow through the air suction pipe and go out from through-holes on the top of the closed chamber.

    Abstract: A dust collector includes a separating chamber, an impeller, a motor, a duct and at least two filters. The separating chamber includes a cyclone barrel including a chamber, and at least two air flow outlets. The separating chamber also includes an intake including a first body including a pipe, and a second body connected to and disposed under the first body. The impeller is driven by the motor and the operational movement of the impellor induces dust particles into the intake through the pipe and creates an air curtain extending from the duct, and an eddying air stream separating the dust particles into larger dust particles and smaller dust particles and discharging the larger dust particles from the second body and discharging smaller dust particles from the at least two air flow outlets and thereafter into the at least two filters.

    Abstract: A dust control hood assembly for use with a cutting machine including a hood and a lifting device. The hood includes a front end having a first set of wheels, a rear end having a second set of wheels and a handle attached to the front end thereof. The lifting device includes a fixed arm having a connecting end for fixing with a dust collector and a suspended end, and a set of pivotal arms each having a first end installed to the suspended end of the fixed arm and a second end installed to the hood. A workpiece is adapted to impose a momentum to the hood so that the hood is adapted to be lifted upward by the workpiece, and the hood is adapted to be pivoted with respect to the fixed arm.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a two-stage dust collector, which comprises: a separating device, an air suction pipe, and two interconnection devices. A motor is arranged above the separating device, and an air flow generator is arranged below the motor. The air suction pipe is arranged on the surface of the separating device. The separating device sucks in external air via the air suction pipe and casts off impurities into a dust collecting device arranged below the separating device. The ends of the two interconnection devices are respectively joined to two air flow outlets oppositely arranged in the air flow generator, and the other ends of the two interconnection devices are respectively joined to two filtration devices. Thereby, the two-stage dust collector having two air flow outlets can suck in and filter dust-containing air more rapidly.
