Abstract: A fire sprinkler system, and a method thereof, for building management comprises life safety equipment, sensors positioned proximal to the life safety equipment, and a remote analytics unit communicating directly or indirectly with the sensors via a multi-location network. The life safety equipment include a fluid pump, a fluid pipe section, and a fluid coupling section. The sensors detect a fluid characteristic within a particular equipment of the life safety equipment. The remote analytics unit receives data based on the fluid characteristics detected at the sensors and determines a fault condition associated with one or more equipment based on the fluid characteristic.
