In one example, a method includes receiving, from a medical image storage device, an instance availability notification, in response to determining that the notification indicates that one or more medical images have been saved at the medical image storage device, querying the medical image storage device to retrieve metadata associated with the one or more medical images, initiating a work-item with an AI orchestration platform for the metadata, and receiving, from the AI orchestration platform via the work-item, AI results related to the one or more medical images.

Abstract: Provided are methods for detecting specific nucleotide sequences in samples. Methods include generating, from the specific nucleotide sequences, nucleic acid constructs containing probe-identification sequences and sample identification sequences, pooling the nucleic acid constructs from the samples into a single combined sample, and determining the abundance of the specific nucleotide sequences in the samples by quantifying the probe-identification sequences and sample-identification sequences of the nucleic acid constructs.

Abstract: Disclosed are example embodiments of methods and systems for automatically coloring a dental prosthesis. One of the systems includes: a memory configured to store a computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) file of the dental prosthesis; a holding apparatus for securing the dental prosthesis; one or more outlets for dispensing coloring fluid; an coloring fluid controller configured to control the one or more outlets to dispense coloring fluid at a preset size and frequency based at least on the CAM file; and a motion controller configured to move the holding apparatus or the one or more outlets based at least on the CAM file.
