    Abstract: An adjustable wrench has a wrench body, a clamping element and a ratcheting jaw. The wrench body has a handle, a head and a thumbscrew. The head is formed on a front end of the handle and has a connecting block, a fixed jaw, a curved slot, a positioning pin, a mounting recess and a sliding slot. The clamping element is movably connected to the wrench body and has a rear end, a front end, a sliding bar and a movable jaw. The sliding bar is formed on the rear end of the clamping element, is mounted in the sliding slot and engages the thumbscrew and has multiple teeth. The ratcheting jaw is a curved block capable of sliding forward and retracting backward inside the curved slot and has a backward area, a forward area, a guide hole, an engaging surface, an abutting surface, an engaging protrusion and a spring.

    Abstract: An electronic torque wrench calibration method includes providing test rod for simulating wrench body and support plate for simulating hand grip wherein on either side of the support plate there are provided at least two test points and an intermediate reference point; securing sensor to a stress gauge; placing two weights on the reference points and setting a count to one; recording torque as standard value; placing a weight on a respective one of the test points; recording torque as test value; comparing the test value with the standard value and obtaining an error; increasing bores of the adjustment holes if the error is greater than one prior to looping back to weight placing step; and ending the method by determining whether a predetermined count has been reached, and otherwise placing the weight on another respective one of the test points prior to looping back to test value recordation step.

    Abstract: A latch mechanism for a sliding drawer supported by telescopic slides and mounted in a cabinet with two strikes on side walls, the drawer including two holes proximate both sides of a front side wall, and two lateral side walls, the latch mechanism comprising in combination a handle mounted on the front side wall of the drawer; two lever catches including a bottom recess pivotably seated upon the bottom of the hole, a top shoulder adjacent the top of the hole for retaining the lever catch, and a top rear tang stopped by the strike in a drawer retention position; and a transverse member secured to the front ends of the lever catches. Clockwise pivoting the transverse member will unlock the tangs. Pulling the handle will open the drawer by passing the tangs under the strikes. Pushing the handle will pass the tangs under the strikes to close the drawer.
