Abstract: Integrated circuits and methods for overlap measure are provided. In an embodiment, an integrated circuit includes a plurality of functional cells including at least one gap disposed adjacent to at least one functional cell of the plurality of functional cells and a first overlay test pattern cell disposed within the at least one gap, wherein the first overlay test pattern cell includes a first number of patterns disposed along a first direction at a first pitch. The first pitch is smaller than a smallest wavelength on a full spectrum of humanly visible lights.

Abstract: A cloud control system for LAN-based controlled apparatus and method for the same is disclosed. The cloud control system includes a cloud server and a LAN sub-system. The LAN sub-system includes a LAN communication apparatus, a LAN server host, a controlled apparatus that is controlled by the LAN server host, and a an electronic device that may connect to the cloud server and the LAN server host. After logging in to the cloud server through the LAN communication apparatus of the LAN sub-system, the electronic device may acquire the a path linking to the controlled apparatus and may connect to and operate the controlled apparatus by selecting the apparatus linking path.

Abstract: A micro bar code and a recognition system and method thereof are provided. The micro bar code has a plurality of nanomolecules disposed thereon in a predetermined arrangement. In the recognition system and method, a sensing module senses the arrangement of the nanomolecules on the micro bar code. The sensing result from the sensing module is transmitted to an operating module and then inputted to a bar code database that stores information corresponding to arrangement of each set of nanomolecules, so as to recognize information on the micro bar code to be recognized. Finally, the recognition result is transmitted back to the operating module for recording. The micro bar code has advantages of small size and large data storage capacity.
