  • Publication number: 20060278445
Abstract: A wind-driven power generation device for an electric vehicle comprising a wind-driven power generation modules, a rectifier and an electronic switch. The wind-driven power generation module is installed inside the body of the electric vehicle and includes a flat body shell, multiple air channels and multiple small wind-driven power generators installed inside the air channels. When the electric vehicle is moving, an air current moving through the multiple air channels activates the multiple small wind-driven power generators to generate power. The generated electrical power will flow through the rectifier and the electronic switch to be supplied to the electric engine module of the electric vehicle. When the power supplied by the wind-driven power generation module is insufficient, it will be supplemented by power of a battery set. When the power generated by the wind-driven power generation module is too much, the additional power can be used to charge the battery set.

  • Patent number: 7125802
Abstract: Two problems seen in CMP as currently executed are a tendency for slurry particles to remain on the surface and the formation of a final layer of oxide. These problems have been solved by adding to the slurry a quantity of TMAH or TBAH. This has the effect of rendering the surface being polished hydrophobic. In that state a residual layer of oxide will not be left on the surface at the conclusion of CMP. Nor will many slurry abrasive particles remain cling to the freshly polished surface. Those that do are readily removed by a simple rinse or buffing. As an alternative, the CMP process may be performed in three stages—first convention CMP, then polishing in a solution of TMAH or TBAH, and finally a gentle rinse or buffing.

  • Patent number: 6997527
Abstract: A drawer locking structure including a cabinet body, a drawer disposed inside the cabinet body and a lock device. The lock device includes a shift body, a stopper body and a resilient body. The shift body has a driving section and a force application section. The shift body is pivotally connected with the front board of the drawer. The stopper body is disposed on outer side of the drawer. The resilient body includes a first connecting section and an engaging section. Via the first connecting section, the resilient body is disposed on inner side of the cabinet body corresponding to the stopper body. When the drawer is positioned in the cabinet body, the engaging section is engaged with the stopper body, whereby the drawer is prevented from slipping outward due to inclination or movement of the cabinet body. When it is desired to draw out the drawer, a pulling force can be applied to the force application section. At this time, the driving section is driven to press down and deform the resilient body.
