  • Patent number: 11122935
Abstract: A ceramic deep-frying device capable of withstanding high temperatures and releasing far-infrared energy is made by grinding and mixing mullite, spodumene, energy ceramic material, ball clay, and kaolin clay into clay blank; molding the blank into ceramic green body; and sintering the green body at 1250-1320° C. for 18-24 hours. The device is completely immersed in the oil in a deep-frying vessel while leaving a gap between the device and heating pipe in the vessel or the inner bottom wall of the vessel, for enabling the oil to circulate through the through holes in the device due to temperature difference in the oil, causing the energy ceramic material to release anions and far-infrared rays that decrease van der Waals forces between oil molecules, and hence split, the oil molecules, thereby extending the service life of the oil, shortening the deep-frying time required, and lowering the oil content of deep-fried food.

  • Patent number: 10757963
Abstract: A heat-transforming ceramic roasting cylinder and a coffee bean roaster using the same are provided. The ceramic roasting cylinder is made by grinding and mixing ball clay, kaolin clay, mullite, spodumene, and an energy ceramic material into a clay blank; molding the clay blank into ceramic green bodies; and sintering the ceramic green bodies at 1250˜1320° C. for 18˜24 hours. The ceramic roasting cylinder has an internal roasting space where coffee beans are loaded. The ceramic roasting cylinder also has evenly distributed capillary pores through which heat can circulate to induce the energy ceramic material in the roasting cylinder to release negative ions and far-infrared rays. The far-infrared rays can reduce the van der Waals forces between the oil molecules in the coffee beans instantly, splitting large oil molecules into smaller ones, ensuring the oil in the beans are released sufficiently, evenly, and rapidly to the vicinity of the bean surface.

  • Publication number: 20120202164
Abstract: An orthodontic maxillary micro implant includes a plate and a corrective accessory. The plate is implanted into the keratinized epidermal tissue in the maxilla of the orthodontic patient's oral cavity. First and second locking elements are passed through first and second locking holes situated at both ends of the plate respectively to secure the plate to the maxilla, and finally a third locking element is affixed through a fourth locking hole situated on the corrective accessory and a third locking hole situated on the plate to secure the corrective accessory to the maxilla. The orthodontic maxillary micro implant overcomes the difficulty of tongue operation and reduced oral hygiene maintenance caused by the large surface area that a conventional maxillary device occupies. With the use of orthodontic wires, the orthodontic maxillary micro implant becomes an orthodontic accessory allowing the patient's teeth to be moved backward, pulled forward, pushed sideways or retracted.
