    Abstract: Provided is a light source system capable of easily performing optical axis adjustment between units. The light source system includes a second unit that detects an optical axis and performs at least one of adjustment or monitoring of a laser beam, and a third unit that performs optical axis adjustment. The third unit is configured to be able to be placed on the light incident side of the second unit, and a control device controls the optical axis adjustment of the third unit on the basis of the detection result of the optical axis.
