Abstract: In an example information processing system including a server and at least one apparatus capable of communicating with the server, the apparatus includes at least an application execution unit. The application execution unit executes a predetermined application. The system includes, by either one of the apparatus and the server or by a cooperation of the apparatus and the server, an execution state determination unit and a writing management unit. The execution state determination unit determines whether or not a state of the execution performed by the application execution unit has satisfied a predetermined condition. The writing management unit, when the state has satisfied the predetermined condition, permits a user of the apparatus to write in information managed by the server.

Abstract: An example system causes a computer of an information processing device including a restriction unit for restricting use of functions and a handwritten input receiving unit to carry out functions of requesting an input of a handwritten signature, sending, to a server, a result of a handwritten input which has been input in response to the request of the signature input, and receiving the input of authorization information which has been issued by the server that has received the handwritten input result and which shows that the use of the functions is authorized, and moreover cancelling the restriction by the restriction unit when the input of the authorization information is received.

Then, before the one or more tasks are executed via the access point, an execution control parameter, for at least one of the one or more tasks, which indicates at least one of an execution instruction, whether or not to execute the task, and an execution priority, is obtained in accordance with an access point identifier. Then, transmission or reception of data is performed via the access point by executing at least one of the one or more tasks on the basis of the execution control parameter.
