  • Patent number: 10316195
Abstract: To provide a new aluminium/zinc composite material that is a solid and safe and can be used as a substitute for conventional aluminium pastes or flakes in terms of at least appearance properties. The composite material contains aluminium particles and zinc particles held on the surfaces thereof. The inclusion of such composite particles renders the composite material effectively usable as a substitute for aluminium pastes.

  • Publication number: 20030006544
Abstract: A document feeder apparatus is provided with the first switchback path using a space between a supply tray and a discharge tray arranged to overlap with each other, and the second switchback path between the discharge tray and a pressing cover of a platen. According to a length of an original, a flapper is switched to a position to guide the original to one of the first switchback path and the second switchback path. Through this configuration, it is possible to transport a large size double-sided original. The apparatus can be made small, and productivity of the double-sided original is improved.

  • Patent number: 6485550
Abstract: A self-sacrifice type metal corrosion inhibitor is prepared by dispersing one or more kinds of metal powder having a greater ionization tendency than that of a metal to be treated and a water-insoluble thermoplastic resin powder in water containing a water-soluble anticorrosion agent, a surface-active agent and a thickener to from a treatment solution. The treatment solution is applied to the surface of the metal to be treated, which is heated to melt the thermoplastic resin powder and form a thermoplastic resin layer fixed to the surface of the metal. It forms a metal corrosion-inhibiting layer fixed to the surface through the thermoplastic resin, which acts as an adhesive layer.

  • Patent number: 4975781
Abstract: A recording apparatus of the type using a roll of recording paper in which recording paper unrolled from the roll is cut by a rotary cutter after completion of a recording operation and thereby a section of recording paper on which recording has been effected is cut from the roll is discharged into a tray. The apparatus includes at least one transporting roller before the cutter. The cutter also includes a rotary blade and a stationary blade. The recording apparatus further comprises guide plates which include an upper guide plate and lower guide plate, in order to guide the recording paper to the cutter. The upper guide plate corresponds to the rotary blade and the lower guide plate corresponds to the stationary blade. The cutter and the guide plates are arranged so as to leave a gap between a shearing edge of the stationary blade and a guiding surface of the lower guide plate.

  • Patent number: 4663638
Abstract: A recording apparatus of the type using a roll of recording paper in which cutting is effected for recording paper unrolled from the roll after completion of each recording operation and thereby a part of the recording paper on which recording has been effected is cut off therefrom. The apparatus frame is constituted by a combination of casing frame and cover frame and the latter is turnably supported in the former. A recording paper holder, a cutter and one of a combination of recording head and platen roller are accommodated in the cover frame, whereas the other one of a combination of recording head and platen roller is accommodated in the cover frame. Further, the apparatus is provided with a guide plate which is located above the passage of transportation of the recording paper. The guide frame extends between the recording head or the platen roller and the cutter and it is fixedly secured to the casing frame.
