    Abstract: An information processing apparatus includes an acquisition unit and an output unit. The output unit outputs at least one of a recommended formation condition, which is a recommended condition used when the code image is formed on the document, and a recommended reading condition, which is a recommended condition used when the image reading unit reads the formation portion, on the basis of the read image acquired by the acquisition unit.
