Publication number: 20160107403Abstract: A method for manufacturing a cord included rubber sheet has an arrangement step and a cutting step. In the arrangement step, a band-like material of a cord included rubber sheet is supplied to a processing table, and a portion to be cut is arranged onto a groove. In the cutting step, the band-like material is cut by pressing the pressure cutting die, and the cord included rubber sheet having a predetermined length is obtained. A leading end of the pressure cutting die enters the groove and a die surface of the pressure cutting die contacts with an opening edge of the groove, in the cutting step, and a cut surface of the cord is coated with the rubber of the band-like material in a process that the die surface comes into contact with the opening edge after the leading end contacts with the band-like material.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 3, 2015Publication date: April 21, 2016Applicant: TOYO TIRE & RUBBER CO., LTD.Inventor: Kunihiko Nagai

Patent number: 6402834Abstract: In a monocrystal producing device using a pulling-down method, a raw material melt 5m is continuously supplied into a crucible 2 to grow a crystal 18 by supplying a powdery raw material 5p onto a premelt plate 3 inside an electric furnace 10 with a powdery raw material supplying device 20 and melting the powdery raw material 5p on the premelt plate 3 to generate the raw material melt 5m, and causing this raw material melt 5m to drop out inside the crucible 2. A dry air is introduced into the powdery raw material 5p inside the powdery raw material tank 6 to prevent moisture of the raw material powder 5p. A transferring tube 9 for transferring the raw material 5m is cooled to prevent the filling in the transferring tube 9 based on melting of the powdery raw material 5p. This makes it possible to produce a monocrystal having a stable chemical composition, a large diameter, and a long size at a low price.Type: GrantFiled: January 31, 2000Date of Patent: June 11, 2002Assignees: Toyo Communication Equipment Co., Ltd.Inventors: Kunihiko Nagai, Kohei Kodaira, Hiroyuki Tanaka, Hideki Sakamoto

Patent number: 4408197Abstract: A display apparatus for use with a cathode-ray tube capable of displaying patterns in interlaced scanning and non-interlaced scanning operation modes, comprising a composite video signal synthesizer, a memory for storing pattern data, a mode setting circuit for the memory, a data selection signal generator and a raster line number signal generator. The memory stores data for relatively simple patterns such as alphabetical letters and those for relatively complicated patterns such as Chinese characters in individually particular areas in the memory addresses of these different areas are identified by a combination of the data selection signal and the raster line number signal supplied to the memory from the data selection signal generator and the raster line number signal generator. Accordingly, the apparatus is capable of displaying both relatively simple and relatively complicated patterns with satisfactory resolution and with a relatively small-scale structure.Type: GrantFiled: April 30, 1981Date of Patent: October 4, 1983Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Shigeru Komatsu, Kunihiko Nagai, Takuo Koyama, Tsuguji Tachiuchi, Shigeru Hirahata

Patent number: 4368461Abstract: A digital data processing device in which a color memory has a temporal data storage register at input/output interface thereof so that the data write-in or data read-out operations executed by a micro-processing unit (MPU) is always performed through the temporal storage register. When data read-out or write-in operation is made to a character memory at a certain address, the same operation is simultaneously carried out for the color memory at the corresponding address. Assuming that MPU reads out a certain display address of a display screen, a corresponding character code is fetched by MPU from the character memory, while the corresponding color code is transferred to the temporal storage register from the color memory. When MPU performs the write-in operation for another address of the display screen, the character code held by MPU until then is written in the character memory at a designated address, while the color data i.e.Type: GrantFiled: December 2, 1980Date of Patent: January 11, 1983Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Shigeru Komatsu, Kunihiko Nagai, Takuo Koyama, Tsuguji Tachiuchi, Mikiaki Kobayashi, Toshiyuki Kurita
