Patent number: 10038314Abstract: There is provided a wire harness structure which prevents an extraordinary displacement of a wire harness, and immediately discharges water from the wire harness when the water such as rain water splashes on the wire harness so that the freezing of the residing water and undesirable cutting of wires due to the freezing can be prevented. At an extending portion 13c of the wire harness, a strip-like plate spring 27 and the wires 31 are integrally combined together, and are covered with a mesh-like protective member 33 so that water will not reside therein. Even when water such as rain water splashes on the extending portion 13c, the water is discharged through mesh holes of the protective member 33, and will not reside in the extending portion 13c. Therefore, the freezing of the residing water can be prevented, and the cutting of the wires 31 can be prevented from occurring.Type: GrantFiled: July 30, 2009Date of Patent: July 31, 2018Assignee: YAZAKI CORPORATIONInventors: Kunihiko Satou, Atsuyoshi Yamaguchi

Patent number: 9725323Abstract: Provided are a method for producing artificial graphite through a vertical graphitization furnace with easy circulation of inert gas, uniform heating and no damage to the furnace; and particulates used therefor. The method comprises steps of: introducing graphitizable particulates having average particle diameter of 3 to 30 mm into an inside of the furnace from upper part thereof, heating the particulates at 2200° C. to 3200° C. while making inert gas flow from lower part toward upper part thereof to graphitize the particulates, and removing the graphite through lower part thereof. The particulates have average particle diameter of 3 to 30 mm and are obtained by granulating mixture comprising 100 wt parts of graphitizable carbonaceous substance powder having average particle diameter of 10 to 20 ?m, 3 to 20 wt parts of binder decomposable at lower than 1000° C., and 5 to 30 wt parts of liquid which can dissolve the binder.Type: GrantFiled: March 27, 2014Date of Patent: August 8, 2017Assignee: JX Nippon Oil & Energy CorporationInventors: Takashi Maeda, Kunihiko Satou

Patent number: 9401591Abstract: A wiring structure of electric wire is provided in which the efficiency of wiring electric wires can be improved and the wiring space can be saved. The wiring structure of electric wire includes an electric wire having a U-shaped excessive part provided in its middle part along the relatively-moving direction of two structures, and a longitudinally-appended spring member provided longitudinally along the electric wire. Fixing positions P1 and P2 of opposite ends of the electric wire are set to offset positions which are deviated in position respectively in two directions perpendicular to the relatively-moving direction of the two structures, and an elastic rod member which has a circular or regular polygonal cross section, having a property of non-biased bending in direction, is used as the longitudinally-appended spring member.Type: GrantFiled: May 16, 2011Date of Patent: July 26, 2016Assignee: YAZAKI CORPORATIONInventors: Kunihiko Satou, Atsuyoshi Yamaguchi

Publication number: 20140000962Abstract: There is provided a flat cable able to decrease the number of components and able to be small-sized, and a wiring harness provided with the flat cable. The wiring harness is provided with a connector and a flat cable. The connector is provided with a connector housing and a female terminal. The flat cable has a plurality of electric wires; and an elongated weft. The weft has crossing sections that are perpendicular to the plurality of electric wires and that are disposed at the plurality of electric wires rising and falling by a certain rule; and parallel sections that are continuous with the crossing sections and that overlap the electric wires positioned at the ends among the plurality of electric wires. The weft and the electric wires are tightly woven with each other so as to prevent the weft from moving along the longitudinal direction of electric wires relative to the electric wires.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 3, 2013Publication date: January 2, 2014Applicant: YAZAKI CORPORATIONInventors: Takehiko Uehara, Yoshihiro Murakami, Kunihiko Satou, Masataka Yamamoto
