  • Publication number: 20180333538
Abstract: Provided is an injection apparatus which injects a dosing liquid containing a prescribed substance to an object region. The injection apparatus includes a storage unit storing the injection liquid, a drive unit imparting injection energy and a pressurization unit pressurizing the stored injection liquid with the injection energy. The injection apparatus also includes an injection unit injecting the pressurized injection liquid to the object region through an injection port. In a pressure transition of the injection liquid at the injection port, a vibration in the pressure transition reaches a converged state within a prescribed period of time from a rising time of pressure, and pressure reaches a peak value thereof at a prescribed rate of increase. Alternatively, the vibration in the prescribed period of time is a vibration at a frequency belonging to a prescribed frequency range. As a result, invasiveness to the object region during injection is reduced.

  • Publication number: 20180304019
Abstract: Provided is an administration apparatus for administering a dosing liquid. The administration apparatus includes a storage unit storing the dosing liquid, a drive unit imparting administration energy and a pressurization unit pressurizing the stored dosing liquid with the administration energy. The administration apparatus also includes an injection unit injecting the pressurized liquid to an object region through an injection port. In a pressure transition of the dosing liquid at the injection port, a vibration in the pressure transition reaches a converged state from a rising time of pressure. Furthermore, a ratio of a peak value of an initial vibration element to a peak value of subsequent vibration elements other than the first vibration element is higher than 1 and equal to or lower than a prescribed first ratio. As a result, invasiveness to the object region during administration is reduced.

  • Publication number: 20100305346
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for producing a fatty acid monoester product by reacting an animal oil and/or a vegetable oil with an alcohol in the presence of a sulfonic acid group-introduced amorphous carbon catalyst and water. By this method, the production of a fatty acid monoglyceride, which is difficult to separate from the fatty acid monoester, can be suppressed, and the fatty acid monoester can be efficiently produced. Also, the present invention provides a method for producing a fatty acid monoester product by performing the transesterification reaction of an animal oil and/or a vegetable oil with an alcohol, or the esterification reaction of a fatty acid with an alcohol, in the presence of a sulfonic acid group-introduced amorphous carbon catalyst washed with water. By this method, the life of the catalyst can be extended, and the production cost can be reduced.

  • Publication number: 20020049684
Abstract: A medical checkup network system comprises a patient terminal for measuring the biodata of each patient including a blood pressure and a body temperature, a doctor terminal for allowing the medical staff to view the biodata of each patient for diagnosis and enter a medical support data including a schedule data and an advice data, and a center server for storing the data received from the those terminals. They are connected to each other over a communication network such as the Internet. In the system, the biodata of each patient stored in the center server can be registered and viewed by any of the patient terminal, the doctor terminal, the patient and the medical staff which have been registered in the center server. The system can thus protect the privacy of each patient about the biodata and permit the biodata of each patient to be shared by two or more members of the medical staff.

  • Patent number: 6000931
Abstract: The present invention relates to a gas safety control system for supplying a gas that is forwarded from a gas supply source through an inspection meter to one or more gas appliances. The inspection meter comprises a cutoff valve for cutting off supply of the gas from the gas supply source, a detection unit for detecting such abnormal condition as gas leakage and abnormal flow rate of the gas, a valve control unit for actuating the cutoff valve when the detection unit detects an abnormality and a meter communication unit for outputting cutoff information indicating that the supply of gas is cut off by the cutoff valve. The gas appliance comprises an appliance communication unit for communicating with the meter communication unit and a combustion disabling unit for switching the gas appliance to a combustion disabled state, if it is in a combustion enabled state, when the cutoff information is received through the appliance communication unit.

  • Patent number: 5506120
Abstract: A fusion protein comprising a carrier and a desired peptide or protein linked to the carrier via an enzymatically excisable dipeptide, such as Lys-Arg, is produced in a host microorganism and then the desired peptide or protein is recovered by treating the fusion protein at least with a protease specifically recognizing the dipeptide and specifically hydrolyzing the peptide bond of the dipeptide. The fusion protein includes tandem-form fusion proteins in which desired peptide or protein molecules are linked together repeatedly. According to the cleavage site in the dipeptide, the protease may be used in combination with an aminopeptidase specifically releasing a basic amino acid from the N-terminal side of the dipeptide and/or a carboxypeptidase specifically releasing a basic amino acid from the C-terminal side of the dipeptide.
