  • Patent number: 10637024
Abstract: An arrangement structure of electrical components can efficiently place a plurality of harnesses while a plurality of electrical components are disposed near a vehicle-mounted battery. The arrangement structure is applied to a saddled vehicle having an electrical component box that is disposed between main frames and an engine and houses at least an approximately rectangular shape battery. The electrical component box includes: a battery tray that covers at least a body front surface and a body upper surface of the battery; a lower half that houses the battery and the battery tray; and an upper half that covers the lower half from above. A first electrical component and a first harness group are arranged in housing spaces formed between the battery tray and the electrical component box. A second electrical component and a second harness group are arranged on the upper side of the upper half.

  • Patent number: 10044131
Abstract: A socket has an end portion at a side of an insertion port. A lid member includes a fixed portion, a coupling portion, and a lid portion. The fixed portion is covered at the end portion at the insertion port side of the socket. The coupling portion is integrally formed with the fixed portion. The lid portion is integrally formed with the coupling portion to cover the insertion port of the socket. The coupling portion includes a supporting convex portion having a thickness such that the supporting convex portion can pass through a clearance. The supporting convex portion is configured to abut on the fixed portion when the lid portion is opened, to maintain an open state of the lid portion.

  • Patent number: 8453780
Abstract: An electrical component attachment structure for a two-wheeled motor vehicle includes a main frame supporting components of a vehicle body such as an engine, a center frame extending vertically behind the engine, and a pair of right and left seat rails detachably attached to the center frame, the seat rails being attached with a bracket which supports an electrical component, in which the bracket is formed in an approximate U-shape and is arranged with an opening section of the U-shape directed towards the front of the vehicle body, so that the bracket is configured to support the electrical component inside the approximate U-shape and to allow the electrical component to be taken out towards the front of the vehicle body from the opening section.
