Abstract: In a wireless communication device, radiation conductors including a first and second end portions are reformed on an upper surface of a radiation conductor base material. First and second terminal electrodes are provided at a same or substantially the same interval as the first and second end portions, on a lower surface of a RFIC element. A seal includes an adhesive surface larger than a principal surface of the RFIC element. The RFIC element is arranged on the upper surface of the radiation conductor substrate so that each of the first and second terminal electrodes comes into contact with the first and second end portions. • Patent number: 7605678
Abstract: A multiple-mode dielectric resonator in which a through hole is formed in a substantially cubic dielectric core so as to pass through opposing surfaces thereof. A conductive support bar is inserted into the through hole. Both ends of the support bar are secured to a cavity, and opposing inside walls defining the cavity are electrically connected to each other (are short-circuited) by the support bar. Therefore, the dielectric core is disposed in the cavity without using a support base, so that the resonance frequencies of TM01 delta modes, which are spurious modes, are considerably separated from frequencies of TE01 delta modes that are used.

  • Patent number: 6965283
Abstract: A dielectric resonator device includes two dielectric resonators resonating in first and second resonant modes and a partitioning plate which partitions the two dielectric resonators. Slits S are provided in the partitioning plate. A magnetic loop of the first resonant mode (TE01?z mode) is directed along the length of the slits S. The partitioning plate is also provided with a conductor loop consisting of first and second conductor loop portions that are coupled to magnetic fields of the second resonant mode (TE01?y mode). Accordingly, the coupling of the second resonant mode between the two dielectric resonators can be suppressed by the coupling of a leakage of the magnetic fields passing through the slits S and the coupling of the magnetic fields by the provision of the conductor loop.
