  • Publication number: 20030116398
Abstract: A backing molding material preparation step 21 for a two-layered facing 1 has a papermaking step 22 in which a paper is made that is coated with a binding agent and dried to obtain a paper sheet 4; a cutting step 23 in which the paper sheet 4 is cut into a tape-like form; a bending step 24 in which a lengthwise crease is made in the tape-like paper sheet 4; a winding step 25 in which the creased paper sheet 4 wound into a ring shape to obtain backing molding material 5. Afterwards, in the molding step 31, the two-layered facing 1 having multiple air cavities 6 is manufactured by laminating together the front material 2 manufactured in front material preparation step 11 and the creased backing molding material 5 manufactured in the backing material preparation step 21 and thermally molding the two materials integrally together while applying pressure.

  • Publication number: 20030024668
Abstract: A manufacturing process for a two-layered facing 1 includes: a front material preparation step 11; a backing material preparation step 21; and a molding step 31. The backing material preparation step 21 includes the following steps: a papermaking step 22 in which short fibers and pulp material are blended and made into a paper, the paper is then coated with a binding agent and dried to obtain a paper sheet 4; and a winding step 23 in which the paper sheet 4 is cut into a tape-like form and rolled into a ring shape to obtain a backing molding material 5. In the molding step 31, the two-layered facing 1 is manufactured by laminating together a front material 2 manufactured in front material preparation step 11 and the backing molding material 5 manufactured in backing material preparation step 21 and thermally molding the two materials together while applying pressure.

  • Publication number: 20020186671
Abstract: An unmanned contract system is constructed by connecting a contract processing apparatus, which is manipulated by a financial institute for processing contracts, with a contract terminal, which is manipulated by each user, via a communication line. The contract processing apparatus obtains required information for a contract from each user's cellular phone, prior to the user's operations at the contract terminal and performs a preliminary examination. The result of the preliminary examination is mapped to an MAC address of the user's cellular phone obtained as identification information and is kept in the contract processing apparatus. The contract terminal fetches the MAC address from the user's cellular phone and transmits the MAC address to the contract processing apparatus. The user is not required to write down any identification information but can utilize the result of the preliminary examination. This arrangement ensures quick conclusion of the contract.

  • Publication number: 20010025883
Abstract: After a contract terminates in a contract part with personal identification and the input of contract contents, a control part controls the door of a sales storing box in which a product to be purchased is stored, and vends the product by opening the door.

  • Patent number: 6102806
Abstract: A clutch disk assembly 1 includes a clutch plate 3, a retaining plate 4, a hub 5 and a large torsion springs 8. The clutch and retaining plates 3 and 4 have first convex portions 13. A first window 17 corresponding to the first convex portion 13 is formed in a flange 5a of the hub 5. The large torsion spring 8 is arranged in the first convex portion 13 and the first window 17 for circumferentially coupling the clutch and retaining plates 4 and 5 to the flange 5a.

  • Patent number: 5214269
Abstract: The content of a banking transaction inputted through a terminal of specifying the transaction is executed if the transaction has sufficient related financial evidence (for example balance). In turn, in the case that there is no financial evidence or insufficient financial evidence, (for example, where the cash is selected as a transaction financial source and the cash is not deposited yet or a balance of the deposit selected as a financial source is lacking) an execution of the transaction is temporarily halted and the content of the halted transaction is stored in a file of halted transactions. Data relating to a transaction financial source is stored in a file of halted transactions; the information is checked when the balance of the account is renewed by a deposit or transfer, that is when it changes, and with respect to such checking execution of the halted transaction is judged as to whether it can now be carried out.

  • Patent number: 5092443
Abstract: In a clutch disc assembly in which facings comprising cerametallic pads stuck to one faces of back plates are secured to both faces of a plate at an outer peripheral part of the clutch disc, a heat insulating material having a thickness which increases from the radial inside to the radial outside is held between the above-mentioned plate at the outer peripheral part and at least one back plate of a facing so that failure in engagement and disengagement of clutch can be avoided by preventing a strain caused by heat to be produced on the part of plate on which the facings are provided.

  • Patent number: 4866520
Abstract: Lower resolution video signals (10) having alternating odd fields (12) and even fields (14) are stored in an odd line memory 20A and an even line 20B, respectively. An interpolator 22 interpolates adjacent odd and even lines. A selector 24 cyclically selects odd, even, and interpolated lines in a pre-selected pattern, such as one of the patterns illustrated in FIGS. 1, 7, 8A-F, and 9A-F. By selecting even, odd, and interpolated lines, the number of lines per picture is increased to produce a higher resolution video signal (30).

  • Patent number: 4808989
Abstract: A display control apparatus comprises area specifier, area determiner and signal selector. The area specifier specifies at least one area of a bit map memory. The area determiner determines whether the scan position on the bit map memory is in the specified area or not, and, according to the determination, controls the signal selector so as to send the output of the bit map memory directly or through a look-up table to a display unit. In a modification, the signal selector selects the signal to be sent to the display unit from among the outputs of different look-up tables.

  • Patent number: 4748678
Abstract: In order to utilize memo data written by hand for purposes of retrieving a document, the original document image data is stored and, thereafter, a document image data with memo is separately input, the document image data with memo being comprised of the original document image onto which is additionally written memo data by hand. The position of the document image data with memo is then brought into alignment with the original document image data and is correlated to extract only that memo data which has been written by hand. Then the kind of memo is discriminated, the process is effected depending upon the kind of memo, and the memo data is stored in a secondary data file for retrieval. To retrieve the document, the memo data of a plurality of documents is read out from the secondary data file depending upon the kind of memo that is designated, and is displayed as a look-up table.
