  • Patent number: 7059105
Abstract: A compact and efficient continuous wrapping machine capable of measuring out certain amounts of a magnetic powder automatically and wrapping them in wrapping film, the continuous wrapping machine comprising a measuring drum, a sealing drum, and a sealing device. The measuring drum includes a means for retaining measured-out amounts of the magnetic powder on its periphery and a means for cutting off the retaining force of the retaining means to transfer the measured-out amounts of the magnetic powder to the sealing drum. The sealing drum includes a means for retaining the measured-out amounts of the magnetic powder on a first continuous wrapping film fed onto its periphery. The sealing device seals the first continuous wrapping film and a second continuous wrapping film, which is fed onto the measured-out amounts of the magnetic powder on the sealing drum, together around each of the measured-out amounts of the magnetic powder.

  • Publication number: 20060040082
Abstract: An exothermic composition powder is sealed in a bag body of synthetic resin film having a top sheet pierced to form a number of vent holes, and the inside of the top sheet is provided with a leakage preventive sheet for preventing leakage of the exothermic composition powder through the vent holes. A closing sheet for closing the vent holes is releasable stuck to the outside of the air-permeable sheet. The bag body comprises the top sheet and a back sheet having airtightness, and the region of the top sheet excluding the peripheral edge thereof is formed with a number of said vent holes in the form of fine holes or small holes. This makes it possible to provide easy and inexpensive production, to prevent leakage of the exothermic composition powder inside the bag body, and to dispense with the conventional sealing bag.

  • Patent number: 6932135
Abstract: The present invention relates to a label-pasting method and a label-pasting device which do not require peeling-off paper and hence enable low-cost label pasting. A label-pasting device comprising (i) an adhesive applier for applying pressure-sensitive adhesive to a label-material sheet composed of only label material and fed from its roll, (ii) a die cutter for cutting out labels from the label-material sheet with pressure-sensitive adhesive, and (iii) a label paster for pasting the cut-out labels on a packing sheet. Because the label-material sheet is composed of only label material and no peeling-off paper is used, the label-pasting cost is low.

  • Patent number: 6702109
Abstract: A wet sheet package, in which wet sheets (2) used in wiping dirt off baby's body or the like are packaged, comprises a stack (1) of wet sheets (2), a hermitic packaging bag (3) storing the stack (1), a wet sheet takeout opening (4) formed in said packaging bag (3), and a cover unit (8) mounted on the opening (4) side of the packaging bag (3), wherein the cover unit (8) is mounted on the packaging bag (3) from outside through a pressure sensitive adhesive (10). With the package thus constructed, high speeds for production can be easily attained, the decrease of yield due to positional deviation of the cover unit (8), etc., can be prevented, and low cost, easy and efficient production is possible.
