  • Patent number: 11414278
Abstract: A multi-level hand apparatus includes a plurality of hands arranged in a vertical direction, and a plurality of clamp members disposed at the plurality of hands, respectively. Each of the clamp members is movable in a forward-rearward direction to clamp and release a workpiece. The apparatus further includes a movable head member extending in the vertical direction. Each clamp member includes a fixed spring receiving member, a movable spring receiving member movable in the forward-rearward direction, and a compression spring member arranged between the fixed spring receiving member and the movable spring receiving member. In each clamp member, the movable spring receiving member, as moving rearward, comes into contact with a front surface of the movable head member in a manner such that the movable spring receiving member is capable of moving in the vertical direction relative to the front surface.

  • Patent number: 8479607
Abstract: A work transfer apparatus includes a work carrying mechanism, a driving source that drives the work carrying mechanism, a sealed box that accommodates the driving source in a hermetically sealed state, and a coolant circulation path provided in the sealed box for cooling the driving source. The sealed box includes a box body with an opening, and a partition lid for closing the opening. The partition lid includes an outer plate member and an inner plate member superposed on the outer plate member. The coolant circulation path is disposed at the interface between the outer plate member and the inner plate member.

  • Publication number: 20100224343
Abstract: A work carrier includes a work carrying mechanism, a cooling pipe for cooling the work carrying mechanism by circulation of a coolant, a thermally-conductive elastic member held in contact with the work carrying mechanism and the cooling pipe, and a fixing element for fixing the cooling pipe to the work carrying mechanism. The elastic member is made of aluminum, for example. Before fixed, the elastic member is bent in a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the cooling pipe.

  • Publication number: 20100209217
Abstract: A work transfer apparatus includes a hand mechanism, a scissors lift mechanism, a seat, and a rotary mechanism. The hand mechanism supports and reciprocates a work. The scissors lift mechanism supports the hand mechanism, and moves the hand mechanism vertically, i.e., raises or lowers it. The seat supports the scissors lift mechanism. The rotary mechanism rotates the seat around a vertical axis. The scissors lift mechanism includes a stage on which the hand mechanism is mounted, at least one scissors link, and a lift driver.
